摘要: A controller for a hybrid electric vehicle executes an intake gas flow rate adjusting process, a motor-driven actuation process, a fuel vapor adjusting process, and a starting process. The intake gas flow rate adjusting process includes adjusting an opening degree of a throttle valve to an open state. The motor-driven actuation process includes controlling a motor-generator to perform motor-driven actuation of the internal combustion engine. The fuel vapor adjusting process includes adjusting an opening degree of a fuel vapor adjusting valve during the motor-driven actuation process, thereby allowing fuel vapor to flow through a fuel vapor passage. The starting process includes starting the internal combustion engine by controlling an ignition device to perform ignition during the motor-driven actuation process.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and a control unit for controlling pre-warming process of an engine of a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV). The method comprises determining start-up time of the engine. The method also comprises determining engine heating time for the engine. The pre-warming process of the engine is initiated prior to start up time of the engine. The process of pre-warming is discontinued when the determined start-up time of the engine is greater than the engine heating time and the process is restarted when the determined start-up time of the engine is less than the engine heating time and when the pre-warming process of the engine is discontinued. The above-mentioned process is reiterated at plurality of time intervals for controlling the pre-warming process of the engine which results in energy efficiency and sufficient heat for warm-up of the engine.

摘要: An abnormality diagnostic method is provided for a driving force control system in which an automatic transmission is interposed between an engine and a drive wheel, and a target driving force that is transmitted to the drive wheel is calculated based on a driver's output request. The automatic transmission and the engine are controlled based on the target driving force. The abnormality diagnostic method includes calculating a target engine torque based on the target driving force, detecting an actual engine torque of the engine, and detecting an intake temperature of the engine. Upon determining the automatic transmission has been operating normally, abnormality diagnostic method determines an abnormality of the driving force control system exists that is caused by the engine upon determining a difference between the target engine torque and the actual engine torque has exceeded a predetermined threshold value.

摘要: A control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle includes a low temperature time hydraulic control section (11a) to perform a low temperature time hydraulic control to restrain a discharge quantity of operating oil from an oil pump (4) by limiting a line pressure of a transmission (7) at an engine cold time to a predetermined value smaller than a maximum value of a line pressure command pressure for a predetermined time period. The hydraulic control by this low temperature time hydraulic control section (11a) is continued until the motor is started after the start of the engine and a first clutch (3) is engaged at the time of low temperature of engine (1). By so doing, the control apparatus can prevent the oil pump from being stopped by inappropriate starting timing of the low temperature time hydraulic control.

摘要: A control system for a hybrid vehicle configured to prevent an undesirable engagement of the selectable one-way clutch is provided. In order to reduce a drag torque resulting from a cranking of an engine to bring the selectable one-way clutch into engagement mode, the control system raises a temperature of lubrication oil before carrying out the cranking of the engine if it is too low, and carries out the cranking of an engine by a motor after the temperature of the lubrication oil is raised to a level at which viscosity thereof is reduced.

It is provided that, after the start of the internal combustion engine and until the heated electric accumulator reaches a predefined minimum temperature, the electric accumulator is operated without load. 摘要: A method for starting and operating an engine of a mild hybrid vehicle following start-up is disclosed for an engine having low and high voltage starting devices, and controlled by an electronic controller. The method comprises using the high voltage starting device as a motor to crank the engine whenever possible so as to partially discharge a high voltage battery. The method further comprises using the high voltage starting device as a generator after starting the engine if the exhaust gas temperature needs to be increased so as to assist with light-off of one or more exhaust gas after treatment devices.

摘要: A vehicle-drive-device control device controls an operating point of the engine by adjusting a torque of a first electric motor, such that a sum of the engine torque and the first electric motor torque is balanced with a torque of an input-side rotating element of a fluid transmission device, which is generated depending on a speed ratio of the fluid transmission device. The control device obtains the input-side rotating element torque based on the engine rotation speed indicated by a target engine operating point, and to determine the first electric motor torque based on the obtained torque and the engine torque indicated by the target engine operating point. The control device adjusts the first electric motor torque while giving/receiving the electric power between the first and second electric motors, to make the speed ratio lower when a temperature of operating oil is low, than when the temperature is high.
