摘要: The present invention extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for path planning for autonomous moving devices. Aspects of the invention include planning a path for a mobile robot to move autonomously in an environment that includes other static and moving obstacles, such as, for example, other mobile devices and pedestrians, without reference to a prior map of the environment. A planned path for a mobile robot can be determined, adjusted, and adapted using diffusion maps to avoid collisions while making progress towards a global destination. Path planning can include using transition probabilities between grid points to find a feasible path through parts of the environment to make progress towards the global destination. In one aspect, diffusion maps are used in combination with a receding horizon approach, including computing diffusion maps at specified time intervals.

摘要: Methods, computing systems, and technology for automated vehicle action generation are presented. For example, a computing system may generate content for presentation to a user via a user interface of a display device. The content may include user interface elements for inputting one or more triggering conditions associated with a vehicle function of a vehicle and one or more settings of the vehicle function. The computing system may receive, via the user interface, data indicative of user input specifying the triggering conditions and data indicative of user input specifying the settings of the vehicle function. The computing system may determine an automated vehicle action that defines a relationship between the triggering conditions and the settings of the vehicle function. The computing system may output command instructions for the vehicle to implement the automated vehicle action for automatically controlling the vehicle function based on whether the vehicle detects the triggering conditions.

摘要: A brake control system for a vehicle includes a brake actuator operable over a range from an initial position that includes contiguous portions of displacement that are a first portion of displacement, a second portion of displacement and a third portion of displacement, a controller and an actuation sensor operatively coupled to the brake actuator. The actuation sensor sends a signal to the controller to activate a regenerative braking system using an electric motor of the vehicle if the actuation sensor detects the brake actuator is in the first portion of displacement. The regenerative braking system is activated and the friction braking system is activated when the brake actuator is in the second portion of displacement. The regenerative braking system is deactivated and the friction braking system is activated when the brake actuator is in the third portion of displacement.

摘要: A device and a method are provided for controlling an image of a vehicle for an image of a vehicle camera that does not have a built-in image signal processor (ISP). A communication device receives information on an operation mode of the vehicle from a vehicle system and a camera device that does not have a built-in ISP obtains an image of a surrounding region of the vehicle, and transmits the image of the surrounding region to a first image controller. The first image controller having a first ISP for performing image processing shares the image of the surrounding region with a second image controller having a second ISP for performing image processing. The first image controller and the second image controller alternatively have a control right for the camera device depending on the operation mode of the vehicle.

摘要: A vehicle is provided that includes a motor connected to vehicle wheels and configured to generate electrical power. A first rotational speed detector detects rotational speed of the motor and an engine generates mechanical power. A second rotational speed detector detects rotational speed of the engine. A clutch is disposed between the engine and the motor to open and close the connection between the engine and the motor. A controller diagnoses a failure of the clutch and outputs an instruction to open the clutch and an instruction to turn off the engine when the clutch has a failure. The controller determines whether the clutch is successfully opened based on the detected rotational speed of the motor and the detected rotational speed of the engine, executes a series driving mode when that the clutch is successfully opened and speed limit driving when that the clutch has failed to be opened.

摘要: Methods and systems are providing for improving engine coolant level estimation to reduce engine overheating. The level of fluid in a coolant overflow reservoir is inferred based on the fluid level in a hollow vertical standpipe fluidically coupled to the reservoir at top and bottom locations, while the fluid level in the standpipe is estimated based on echo times of an ultrasonic signal transmitted by a sensor positioned in a recess at the bottom of the vertical standpipe. Engine power is limited differently based on distinct coolant level states determined based on a change in level of coolant in the reservoir over a duration.

摘要: A safety device for motor vehicle includes a microprocessor having set therein a tilt angle default value, a controller coupled with the ignition device and brake device of the motor vehicle, an angle sensor mounted to the body of the motor vehicle and an operator sensor installed in the directional control device. The microprocessor activates the controller to turn off the ignition device and to actuate the brake device if the motor vehicle is tilted excessively or when the operator goes out of the sensing range of the operator sensor, avoiding danger.
