Abstract: A drive system for a vehicle includes a first electromagnetic device directly coupled to a first planetary gear set and a second electromagnetic device directly coupled to a second planetary gear set. In a first mode of operation, a clutch is engaged to couple the second planetary gear set to the first planetary gear set and a brake is disengaged to allow rotation of the second planetary gear set and in a second mode of operation, the brake is engaged to limit rotation of the second planetary gear set and the clutch is disengaged.

Abstract: A torque transmission device for a motor vehicle includes a rotor carrier mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation, an input hub, an output hub, and a torsion damper. The rotor carrier has a fastening portion and a first flange portion. The fastening portion and the input hub are arranged on a first axial side of the first flange portion and are connected to the first flange portion. The torsion damper has an energy storage element and a damper output part, which includes a second flange portion and an actuating portion operatively connected to the energy storage element. The second flange portion is torque-transmittingly connected to the output hub and the actuating portion. The second flange portion is situated axially between the first flange portion and the output hub. The first flange portion has a through-opening through which the actuating portion passes.

Abstract: An engine system comprising: a housing having an accommodating cavity; a crankshaft part, a speed change mechanism and a transmission shaft are provided in the accommodating cavity; and a first motor and a second motor are located outside the accommodating cavity and provided on the housing. The crankshaft part is provided in the accommodating cavity and outputs first power. The first motor comprises a first motor shaft which is connected to an output end of the crankshaft part to convert the first power into electric energy. The second motor comprises a second motor shaft and is configured to output second power according to electric energy. Abstract: A hybrid powertrain includes an output shaft, a combustion power section for providing a first torque, an electric power section for providing a second torque, and an output transmission for transmitting the first torque between the combustion power section and the output shaft and transmitting the second torque between the electric power section and the output shaft. The combustion power section includes an internal combustion engine with a combustion shaft for outputting the first torque, a generator with a generator shaft for converting the first torque into electric energy, and a variable belt transmission for variably translating the first torque. The belt transmission includes a combustion-side cone pulley pair with a first axially movable pulley arranged on a generator shaft side, an output-side cone pulley pair with a second axially movable pulley, and a belt for variably torque-transmittingly connecting the combustion-side cone pulley pair to the output-side cone pulley pair.

Abstract: An electrified vehicle includes a front axle, a rear axle, an engine, a pump, a battery, a first electric motor electrically coupled to the battery, a second electric motor electrically coupled to the battery and configured to drive at least one of the front axle or the rear axle, a first clutch positioned between the engine and the first electric motor, and a second clutch positioned between the first electric motor and the pump. With the first clutch engaged and the second clutch disengaged, the engine is configured to drive the first electric motor to generate electricity to charge the battery. With the first clutch disengaged and the second clutch engaged, the first electric motor is configured to drive the pump. With the first clutch engaged and the second clutch engaged, the engine is configured to drive the pump.
