    摘要: In a transport system, a gripper includes long-side grippers aligned in a long-side direction of a workpiece which is cut, by machining/cutting, into a product and a skeleton including an outer frame with an overall rectangular shape and a crossbar inside the outer frame, so that both ends thereof are connected to two shorter sides facing each other, and extending in the long-side direction, the long-side grippers gripping longer sides of the outer frame of the skeleton, and short-side grippers aligned in a short-side direction with respect to the workpiece and that grip shorter sides of the outer frame. At least one of the short-side grippers moves in the short-side direction and grips the shorter sides of the outer frame. A lifter lifts or lowers the gripper gripping the outer frame and the product to separate the outer frame and the crossbar from the product.

    摘要: A tool to hold objects by suction includes a glue free gasket structure on its handling surface. The gasket structure includes a gland formed below the handling surface having an approximate dovetail section with a narrow opening at the handling surface defining a suction area, and a gasket inserted in the gland. The gasket has a shoulder portion that conforms to the shoulder portion of the dovetail section of the gland, and a sealing lip protruding through the narrow opening at the handling surface. The gasket fits movably in the gland, and is self-aligning to compensate for variations in the space between the holding surface and the object being handled. This gasket structure is especially useful for devices to cool injection molded parts.

    摘要: A device (12) picks up at least one semi-conductor wafer (11) from a container (14) of wafers fitted on one side (15) of an aperture (13) in the transfer station (10) of a semi-conductor wafer processing plant. The device is on the opposite side (17) of the aperture and the pick-up is effected through it. The device incorporates a shutter (1) movable between open and closed positions. A wafer picking up means (2) is attached to the shutter and is designed to enter partially within the container below a wafer and seize the wafer by its edge. A pick up moving means (3) moves the picking up means (2) back and forth through the aperture (13).
