摘要： A device for comminuting foodstuffs has a base part which has a receptacle for a cutting part, and has an actuation part that is connected in an articulated manner to the base part and is pivotable toward the base part for a product to be comminuted to be pushed along a pushing through direction through a cutting part inserted into the receptacle and into a container. The receptacle is configured for receiving at least two cutting parts on top of one another such that product to be comminuted by means of a pivoting movement of the actuation part toward the base part is capable of being pushed through the cutting parts that are disposed on top of one another in the receptacle wherein the two cutting parts are disposable at different mutual relative rotary alignments in the receptacle.

摘要： A bread slicer includes an infeed side and a hollow infeed assembly positioned in the infeed side, the infeed assembly having an open end and a closed end defining a chamber for receiving bread to be sliced. The bread slicer further includes a pusher for pushing the bread to be sliced along the infeed assembly, and a linkage connected to the pusher, the linkage adapted to move the infeed assembly from a bread receiving position to a predetermined position of a bread path, the linkage adapted to then move the pusher and the bread to be sliced along the bread path from the predetermined position to a delivery area. The bread slicer further includes slicing blades having sharp edges to slice bread moving along the bread path.

摘要： A cutting machine comprising one or more form tubes that are divided in two in the longitudinal direction into a front form tube section and a rear form tube section—at least across a portion of its circumference, so that the two form sections can be moved from a pressing position in which they are aligned with each other into a loading position in which they are not aligned with each other, and in the loading position the rear form tube section can be loaded with a new meat strand while the rest of the previous meat strand is still being cut into slices and moved in the front form tube section. The blade may be disposed to simultaneously cut slices from a plurality of form tubes and may be disposed for motion in the longitudinal direction as well as a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction.
