摘要: A cutting device includes an upper cutting portion and a lower cutting portion. The upper cutting portion includes an upper head portion movable in a first and a second direction, an upper holder connected to the upper head portion, and an upper cutting wheel connected to the upper holder. The upper holder includes an upper body portion connected to the upper head portion, an upper cutting wheel fixing portion rotatable with respect to the upper body portion, and an upper magnetic portion disposed on sides of the upper cutting wheel fixing portion including a magnetic substance. The lower cutting portion includes a lower head portion movable in the first and the second direction, a lower holder connected to the lower head portion, a lower cutting wheel connected to the lower holder, and an upper holder rotation inducing portion connected to the lower head portion including a magnetic substance.

摘要: This invention provides web-cutting mechanism that can be mounted in line at an appropriate location between the web-handling peripheral (printer) and a web roll. The cutting mechanism operates before the available storage in the winder festoon has been exhausted, and decouples the roll's energy from the web. The cutting mechanism can employ a blade that is drawn through the web solely by the movement of the web itself. The blade is mounted at a (e.g.) 45-degree angle to web travel, causing it to be pulled through the web. A negator spring assembly and associated cable drives the blade into the side edge of the web when a slide-mounted blade shuttle assembly is released by a latching pawl of a solenoid assembly. The solenoid is triggered by a signal indicating an emergency stop condition, such as an upstream jam.

摘要: A bundle breaker has upstream and downstream breaking supports each having an input end and an output end. A first platen is located above the upstream breaking support, and a second platen is located above the downstream breaking support, and each platen has an actuator for moving the respective platen toward and away from the breaking supports to selectively clamp a log between the platens and the breaking supports. A third actuator is configured to apply a shifting force to the downstream breaking support to shift the input end of the downstream breaking support relative to the output end of the upstream breaking support from a first position toward a second position to break the second portion of the log from the first portion of the log. The first actuator and/or the second actuator and/or the third actuator includes at least one servo motor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a machine for cutting decorations for frustoconical bodies, for cutting printed strips wherein arch-shaped decorations and disposable trapezoidal portions are alternated. The machine comprises two longitudinal supports mounted on clamping pieces and carriers of respective groups of counter blades; and two independent groups of blades attached to the respective groups of counter blades and defining a gap between them of increasing width towards a lower gravity outlet opening of the trapezoidal portions separated by cutting. The blades of each group are fixed to respective drive shafts mounted in holes in the longitudinal supports and fixed to a common plate driven by a cylinder. The clamping parts of the longitudinal supports and the common plate are exchangeable for others that provide different inclinations and separations of the groups of blades and counter blades.

A plurality of radial flanges extend perpendicularly from the base, wherein each radial flange of the plurality of flanges is discontinuous with the other radial flanges, wherein the central spear and the plurality of radial flanges are adapted to secure a food item in a processing space and in communication with the rotational adapter. A blade is coupled to an operable carriage and is adapted to selectively engage the food item within the processing space to remove at least a portion of the food item.
