    摘要: The invention relates to a bonding tool for a bonding device for bonding at least one component by adhesives to a substrate, the bonding device including a circular disc-shaped main body lying in a main plane and having an opening and a receiving head connected to the main body for receiving and holding the components, an orthogonal projection of the receiving head onto the main plane lying within the opening so that the receiving head is freely accessible through the opening. The bonding tool has a lighting unit integrated in the bonding tool for curing the adhesive. The invention also relates to a bonding device for bonding at least one component by adhesives applied to a substrate located in an assembly position, and to a bonding method for bonding components by adhesives applied to a substrate.

The needle stick protection device also includes a proximal base member and a hinge connecting the distal shield member to the proximal base member. A locking mechanism secures the proximal base member to the distal shield member. The locking mechanism includes a compressive sleeve of the distal shield member and a distal cylindrical collar of the proximal base member, which frictionally fit together in a manner securing the proximal base member and the distal shield member.

    摘要: A phase frequency detector-based high-precision feedback frequency measurement apparatus and method: a Field Programmable Gate Array (FGPA) roughly measures a frequency fx of a measured time-frequency pulse by an equal-precision frequency measurement method; a Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) automatically synthesizes a frequency fx′ according to the fx roughly measured by the FPGA; the fx and the fx′ are sent to a phase frequency detector for performing phase frequency detection and then sent to the FPGA after passing through a charge pump, a low-pass filter circuit, and an (Analogue-to-Digital) A/D converter; the FPGA processes a frequency difference obtained by the phase frequency detector and then transmits the processed frequency difference to the DDS to form a negative feedback frequency measurement system so that the DDS continuously adjusts the fx′ according to a frequency difference measurement result until the output of the DDS is stable. Therefore, precise measurement of the time-frequency pulse to be measured is realized.
