    摘要： A pair of disposable light biodegradable plastic/natural rubber or latex-free gloves into the production and packaging of tampons and feminine pads; alternately, the Sani-Hanz gloves could be produced with a tampon pocket in the center for use in holding a tampon of the lady's choice. With one glove to be used during the insertion process, and one in the removal process, the Sani-Hanz would not only act as a barrier to prevent the user's hand and clothing from contamination by blood spatter and blood-borne pathogens, but also act as a handy disposal bag for both the tampon applicator (first glove) and the soiled tampon (second glove).

    摘要： A glove is formed from elastomer having Mooney viscosity, ML(1+4)(100° C.) of 100-220, that contains 25-30 weight % of acrylonitrile, 62-71 weight % of butadiene and 4-8 weight % of unsaturated carboxylic acid, and does not contain sulfur crosslinking agents or vulcanization accelerators. The unsaturated carboxylic acid comprises a first fraction of substituents and a second fraction of substituents, the first fraction of substituents forming cross-links via bonds with each other, and the second fraction of substituents forming cross-links via bonds with a bivalent metal. Glove properties include thickness 0.05-0.15 mm, swelling ratio 240-320, tensile stress 22-35 MPa, elongation to break 480-620%, and tensile stress at 500% elongation 15-35 MPa. By chlorine treatment of both inner and outer surfaces of the glove, the inner surface has decreased tackiness and the outer surface has increased smoothness. Content of metal and metallic salt impurities and an anion contained in the glove is decreased.

    摘要： A nitrile-rubber medical exam glove composed of a glove body which is a flexible layer of nitrile-butadiene rubber. The glove body has a chlorinated first surface forming a donning side of the glove body and an un-chlorinated second surface forming a grip side of the glove body. The elastomeric glove has: (a) an average thickness of between about 0.03 to 0.12 mm in a palm region of the glove body as measured in accordance with ASTM D3767, procedure A; (b) an un-chlorinated second surface of the glove body characterized by a Surface Root Mean Square Roughness of from about 3.00 Î ¼ m to about 6.55 Î ¼ m; and (c) a failure rate of less than about 1 percent when the elastomeric glove is subjected to pinhole leak testing generally in accordance with ASTM D5151-06.
