摘要: A control system for use in generating power in a hybrid vehicle having at least one motor supplied with both generated power and battery stored potential, includes a voltage regulator transmitting an excitation current to the generator in response to the input alternating (AC) current. A rectifier receives an output alternating (AC) current from the voltage regulator and distributes a direct (DC) output current to the motor via a motor controller and inverter. The output voltage determines a feedback signal transmitted back to the excitation current in response to the feedback signal. The inverter receives the output voltage and powers an alternating current motor connected to the control system. The battery connects in a parallel electrical circuit to the motor and the output voltage to compensate for fluctuations in the output voltage. The inverter brakes the motor in response to a reduction in motor power consumption.

摘要: An apparatus for monitoring and controlling electrical systems in a motor vehicle with electric or hybrid drive has a first and a second AC voltage source for an alternating voltage between a first or second terminal and a reference terminal. First and second voltmeters detect a first or second voltage between the first or second terminal and the reference terminal. A control unit controls the AC voltage sources, receives the voltages from the voltmeters and determines insulation resistance for subassemblies that are connected to the terminals. The insulation resistance is relative to a potential connected to the reference terminal. A precharge state of a capacitative load connected to the first terminal is determined. The load is precharged by a voltage supply unit connected to the second terminal. The switching state of at least one switch between two subassemblies is determined. The subassemblies are connected to the first or second terminal.

摘要: In a control device, a control unit controls at least one switching element of a converter to increase a voltage supplied from a battery, thus outputting the increased voltage to a rotating electrical machine. The rotating electrical machine is capable of driving, based on the increased voltage output from the converter, an internal combustion engine, and capable of charging the battery based on torque supplied from the internal combustion engine. A limit unit limits, based on a change of an available maximum output of the internal combustion engine, the increased voltage output from the converter to be equal to or lower than a predetermined upper limit.

摘要: When at least one of motor generators is not under normal control and where the MG1 temperature is less than an upper limit value, an ECU is configured to perform an inverter-less running control. In the inverter-less running control, an inverter is brought into a gate shutoff state and an engine is driven to cause the motor generator to generate a counter-electromotive voltage which consequently produces a counter-electromotive torque. During the inverter-less running control, the ECU makes a voltage difference between the counter-electromotive voltage and the voltage of a power line connecting a converter and an inverter when the MG1 temperature is equal to or greater than a predetermined value smaller than the voltage difference when the MG1 temperature is less than the predetermined value.
