摘要: In an electrically driven construction machine, decrease in the remaining electric power storage amount of an electric power storage device is reduced when a transition to auto idle control takes place in case where the remaining electric power storage amount is small, and the duration over which the remaining electric power storage amount of the electric power storage device lasts is lengthened. Accordingly, a controller 31 controls the rotation speed of an electric motor 1 such that the rotation speed of the electric motor 1 is lowered from a predetermined rotation speed to an idle rotation speed Ni when none of a plurality of operation devices 20, 21, 22, 23a, 23b, and 24 is manipulated and a predetermined time duration TD has elapsed. In addition, when the remaining electric power storage amount of an electric power storage device 33 is equal to or smaller than a first threshold Ea, the controller 31 sets the predetermined time duration TD shorter than when the remaining electric power storage amount is greater than the first threshold Ea.

摘要: A control method of a work machine in which a rotation number of a fan that takes outside air into an engine room accommodating an engine varies with a rotation number of the engine, includes: executing first control of regenerating a collecting filter unit that collects particulates contained in exhaust gas of the engine by a temperature rise of the exhaust gas; when the work machine is changed from a steady state to a specific state, executing second control of decreasing an amount of working oil discharged from a hydraulic pump by driving of the engine; and, when the first control and the second control are concurrently executed, executing third control of increasing the rotation number of the engine.

摘要: A work vehicle comprising a material management system using moldboard gates. A sensor is configured to generate a signal indicative of a ground feature and a location of the ground feature. A moldboard is coupled to the work vehicle and is configured to move a ground material. A gate is coupled to the moldboard and a gate actuator is coupled to the gate. The gate actuator is configured to move the gate to an open position, a closed position, or to a position in between. A controller which is in communication with the sensor is configured to receive the signal indicative of the ground feature and the location and control the gate actuator to move the gate based on the ground feature and the location.

摘要: An electric construction machine includes a driving system configured to drive a machine body under electric power, a heat exchange device configured to exchange heat of a cooling medium for cooling the driving system, a cooling fan configured to send air for cooling the heat exchange device, and a cooling fan control unit configured to control the rotation of the cooling fan according to a set operating mode. The operating mode includes a driving mode in which the driving system is driven and a charging mode in which the driving of the driving system is stopped to charge a battery configured to store electric power. The cooling fan control unit is configured to set the rotation rate of the cooling fan in the charging mode to a charging mode rotation rate that corresponds to the driving state of the driving system.

摘要: An energy storage system associated with a machine having a work tool and one or more auxiliary loads includes a power source which generates mechanical power. An energy storage device supplies power to the one or more auxiliary loads. An electrical generator is operably coupled to the power source and converts at least a portion of the mechanical power into electrical power. The electrical generator supplies the electrical power to the energy storage device. A controller is communicably coupled to the power source, the work tool, the energy storage device, and the electrical generator. The controller determines a power demand of the work tool. The controller then compares whether the determined power demand exceeds a pre-determined threshold power. The controller disables the electrical generator from supplying the electrical power to the energy storage device if the power demand exceeds the pre-determined threshold power.

摘要: A hydraulic fluid energy regeneration system for a work machine capable of securely maintaining a brake pressure even when a solenoid valve or the like is erroneously rendered open by an electrical failure is provided. The hydraulic fluid energy regeneration system for a work machine, including a first hydraulic actuator; a second hydraulic actuator; and a first hydraulic pump that supplies a hydraulic fluid to the first hydraulic actuator via a first hydraulic line, includes: an upper control valve that is connected to a discharge side on which the hydraulic fluid is discharged from the second hydraulic actuator when an object to be driven by the second hydraulic actuator falls under its own weight, and that can regulate a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the second hydraulic actuator; a communication hydraulic line that connects the upper control valve to a hydraulic fluid tank; a lower control valve that is provided in the communication hydraulic line and that can regulate a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the upper control valve to the hydraulic fluid tank; and a regeneration hydraulic line that has one end side connected to a branch section between the upper control valve and the lower control valve in the communication hydraulic line and that has an other end side connected to the first hydraulic line.
