摘要: A method of operating a hydraulic system of a plant to resume operation from a minimum operating temperature of the plant, the hydraulic system includes a plurality of electronically operated valves, the method including a first stage in which the valves are controlled to cycle fluid from a tank through a bypass valve and directly back to the tank until the temperature of the fluid in the tank has reached a first interim level; and a second stage in which the valves are controlled to cycle fluid from the tank through the pressure lines of the hydraulic system and back to the tank until the temperature of the fluid has reached a desired operating level. Further, a hydraulic system and a wind turbine include a rotor blade pitching arrangement with such a hydraulic system.

摘要: The rotor control system includes a main control valve having an inlet for receiving liquid and an outlet for issuing liquid to a rotor pitch change actuator. The rotor control unit is configured to control flow of liquid from the inlet to the outlet to modify pitch angle of rotor blades. A feathering system with a first conduit connected in fluid communication with the outlet of the main control valve, a second conduit for fluid communication with the rotor pitch change actuator, and a drain conduit. The feathering system has a normal operation mode for supplying liquid from the main control valve to the rotor pitch change actuator by allowing flow through the feathering system from the first conduit to the second conduit. The feathering system has a feathering mode for controlling drainage from the rotor pitch change actuator to the drain conduit.

On a second end a cylindrical extension is arranged eccentrically parallel to the axis. An adjustable control piston for opening and closing hydraulic fluid openings for application of pressure of a servo piston adjusts the hydraulic machine with respect to its delivery volume.

摘要: The present invention describes, generally, a method and system for controlling the dynamics of an actuatable load functioning or operable within a servo or servo-type system, wherein the dynamics of the load are controlled by way of a unique pressure control valve configured to provide intrinsic pressure regulation. The pressure control valve, which may be referred to as a dynamic pressure regulator because of its capabilities, utilizes dual spools that are physically independent of one another and freely supported in the valve body to regulate the pressures acting within the overall system between the control or pilot pressure and the load or load pressure. The dual spools of the pressure control valve, although physically independent of one another, function in cooperation with one another in an attempt to maintain a state of equilibrium in the system, namely to keep pressure acting on or within the actuator (the load pressure), or the feedback force corresponding to the load pressure, the same as the control or pilot pressure. Moreover, pressure regulation and control is intrinsic to the pressure control valve because of the configuration and function of the dual spools and the mechanical feedback system acting on the spools, thus eliminating the need for electronically or mechanically user controlled systems.
