Abstract: An inline valve includes a sliding piston having a radially outer stop portion with a forward end. A radially inner sliding portion is connected to the radially outer stop portion by an arm. A housing includes an outer housing body surrounding the piston. The housing has a stop surface selectively in contact with the forward end of the radially outer stop portion of the piston to block flow for a housing inlet to a housing outlet. The radially inner sliding portion slides on a support tube. At least a portion of the radially inner sliding portion is formed of a first material having better wear resistance than a second material forming the outer stop portion of the piston. The second material has a greater resistance to high temperature and pressure than the first material. A vent valve for a compressor is also disclosed.

Abstract: A coaxial liquid pressure regulator includes a housing having an inlet portion and an outlet portion, a substantially tubular valve member slidingly accommodated inside the housing and having a longitudinal axial passage and an upstream end with an inlet edge for the liquid, a valve body fixed inside the inlet portion and defining a seat that interacts with the inlet edge of the valve member and forms therewith a port having a variable width. The inlet portion includes an inlet fitting and a collection chamber directly downstream from the inlet fitting and the valve body includes a cantilever element transversely extending from the inner wall of the collection chamber. First and second deflection elements are arranged between the inlet fitting and the inlet edge, which facilitate flow conveyance toward the port and the longitudinal passage of the valve member.

The variable orifice flow device may be a shuttling valve, with positions controlled by, for example, valves controlling the flow of the fluid into a space opposite a side within the shuttling valve assembly. The variable orifice flow device may have one or more orifices through which a fluid can enter the compressor motor casing, and the surface area of the orifices may be controlled by the position of the shuttling valve.

Abstract: An in-line shutoff valve includes a valve body with an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber, and a poppet seat disposed between the inlet and outlet chambers. A poppet is movably disposed within the valve body and has an open and closed position. The poppet seats against the poppet seat in the closed position, fluidly separating the inlet chamber from the outlet chamber. The poppet is unseated from the poppet seat in the open position, fluidly coupling the inlet and outlet chambers. A manifold with a servo port and a vent port is disposed within the valve body between the inlet and outlet chambers, the vent port being in fluid communication with the servo port to cool valve internal structures when the poppet is in the closed position.

Abstract: An air dryer includes a supporting base, a drying agent container, and an outer cover. The supporting base includes an inlet for receiving compressed air to be subject to a drying process and an outlet for delivering the processed compressed air that has undergone the drying process. The drying agent container is a container supported on the supporting base, contains a drying agent in the interior, and enables the drying process to be performed by passing the compressed air from the inlet through the drying agent. The outer cover surrounds the outer side of the drying agent container on the supporting base and defines a chamber for storing the compressed air between itself and the drying agent container. The supporting base includes first and second mounting surfaces, which are oriented in different directions, and a plurality of inlets, which are oriented in different directions and receive the compressed air.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a balancing valve spool and a pressure regulating valve comprising the balancing valve spool. The balancing valve spool comprises a valve rod; a piston sleeve fixed on the valve rod; and a fixing piece sleeved between the valve rod and the piston sleeve and arranged along a direction in parallel with an axis of the valve rod. In one embodiment of the present invention, by connecting the fixing piece onto an actuator of the valve and arranging the fixing piece between the valve rod and the piston sleeve along the direction of the axis of the valve rod, an effect of guiding the valve rod is achieved and a sealing effect of isolating inlet pressure and outlet pressure is simultaneously achieved. Compared with the related arts, this design has the advantage of simple structure.
