摘要: A return manifold includes a housing having a first workport, a second workport, a third workport, and a fourth workport, and defining a first chamber and a second chamber. The return manifold includes a back-pressure disk arranged between the first workport and the first chamber, a bypass disk arranged between the first chamber and the second chamber, a back-pressure spring biased between the back-pressure disk and the bypass disk, and a bypass spring biased against the bypass disk. The back-pressure disk and the bypass disk are hydro-mechanically coupled so that movement of the bypass disk alters a force on the back-pressure disk and movement of the back-pressure disk alters a force on the bypass disk.

摘要: An arrangement for controlling a hydraulic three-point hitch includes a hydraulic cylinder, first and second seat valves, and first and second pressure compensation valves. The hydraulic cylinder includes a working chamber, by which pressurized hydraulic fluid changes a lifting position of a lower arm of the hydraulic three-point hitch. The first and second seat valves are in fluid communication with the working chamber. The first seat valve selectively produces a flow connection to a high-pressure source. The second seat valve selectively produces a return connection to a hydraulic reservoir. The first pressure compensation valve is connected upstream of the first seat valve in a first through-flow direction. The second pressure compensation valve is connected upstream of the second seat valve in a second through-flow direction.

摘要: A latching solenoid assembly is provided which includes a solenoid actuator. A housing is also provided which has an axial passage. An intermediate piston is moved by the solenoid actuator. A reaction member is also placed within the housing axial passage spring biased by a transfer spring from the intermediate piston. The housing has a latching port allowing pressure to latch the intermediate piston in position to set the force which is transmitted to the reaction member.

The hydraulic system of the construction machine includes: an electronic proportional pressure reducing valve configured to control a flow rate, to which a maximum pressure is input as a control current value, and which is set to a minimum flow rate; a gear pump configured to provide pilot operation oil to the EPPRV; a shuttle valve configured to compare a pressure of first pilot operation oil passing through the EPPRV and a pressure of a flow rate control signal, and output second pilot operation oil having the greater pressure; a hydraulic pump of which a swash plate angle is controlled by the second pilot operation oil; and a pump control device configured to control a pressure of the EPPRV to be decreased from a maximum pressure by a predetermined inclination when the flow rate control signal is generated.
