    摘要: Hydraulic valve circuitry adapted for automatic weight-responsive control of load-clamping members of a load-lifting system having a free lift mast. The load-lifting system generally includes one or more fluid power actuator for applying a gripping force to a load, at least one elongate, longitudinally-extensible fluid power lifting device having a free lift range of motion and at least one main lift range of motion, and manually operated load-clamping and load-lifting selector valves. The hydraulic valve circuitry provides, independently, weight-responsive control of the load-clamping members when lifting a load, full-time automatic weight-responsive force control of the load-clamping members without concurrent manual actuation of load-clamping or load-lifting selector valves, and equalization of sensed load weight so that the sensed load weight is substantially independent of the longitudinally-extensible position of the lifting device.

    摘要: A hydraulic system for controlling the position of a movable jaw of a jaw crusher includes a hydraulic cylinder having a piston with a piston rod for positioning the movable jaw. The hydraulic cylinder has a bore side space for containing a hydraulic fluid taking up crushing forces exerted by the movable jaw on the piston rod, and an annular side space containing a hydraulic fluid pressing the piston against hydraulic fluid of the bore side space. The hydraulic system further includes an annular side space accumulator having a fluid compartment, which is in fluid contact with the annular side space, and a gas compartment containing a pressurized gas applying a pressure on the hydraulic fluid in the annular side space.

    摘要: A hydrostatic fan drive is operated with a closed circuit and includes a variable-displacement pump with a swept volume that is configured to be adjusted by an adjustment device. The variable-displacement pump is connected by two working lines to a motor that is coupled fixedly in terms of torque to a fan impeller. The fan drive further includes a feed pressure pump and an adjustment pressure line by which the adjustment device is supplied with adjustment pressure medium. A pressure cut-off valve is connected to the adjustment pressure line. The pressure cut-off valve is configured to limit an adjustment pressure, as a function of a high pressure in the working line acting as high-pressure line, to a value such that a certain value of high pressure is not exceeded. The pressure cut-off valve is configured to exhibit pilot control to regulate a working pressure of the variable-displacement pump.
