摘要: A hydrostatic fan drive is operated with a closed circuit and includes a variable-displacement pump with a swept volume that is configured to be adjusted by an adjustment device. The variable-displacement pump is connected by two working lines to a motor that is coupled fixedly in terms of torque to a fan impeller. The fan drive further includes a feed pressure pump and an adjustment pressure line by which the adjustment device is supplied with adjustment pressure medium. A pressure cut-off valve is connected to the adjustment pressure line. The pressure cut-off valve is configured to limit an adjustment pressure, as a function of a high pressure in the working line acting as high-pressure line, to a value such that a certain value of high pressure is not exceeded. The pressure cut-off valve is configured to exhibit pilot control to regulate a working pressure of the variable-displacement pump.

摘要: There is provided a hydraulic controller for a working machine in which a pilot hydraulic pressure source is connected in common to a plurality of pilot-operated hydraulic devices each having a pilot pressure input unit, and a common pilot pressure input switching valve is adapted to control the switching between a pilot pressure input from the pilot hydraulic pressure source to each pilot pressure input unit and a relief of the input. The switching control of a pilot pressure input by the pilot pressure input switching valve is performed based on the operating state of the working machine and pilot pressure input conditions of the respective pilot-operated hydraulic devices.

摘要: The dunnage airbag inflation circuit of this invention includes a pilot valve that is controlled by a pressure sensing line in communication with the dunnage bag, and an arrangement of other valves to allow the dunnage bag to inflate up to a certain preset pressure. The pressure sensing line controls pilot air to various valves and ultimately to the main pilot valve allowing airflow to the dunnage bag until the dunnage bag reaches a certain preset pressure. The inflation circuit also includes (i) a safety pressure valve to stop airflow to the dunnage bag if for some reason the dunnage bag continues to be inflated past the preset pressure, and (ii) a stop valve that allows an operator to manually override the pressure valve and stop the airflow to the dunnage bag.

摘要: A high speed and high load cylinder device is constructed by connecting a piston of a high speed cylinder (1) having a smaller pressure receiving area and a piston of a pressurizing cylinder (2) having a large pressurizing area. The device is provided with a hydraulic circuit for supplying a hydraulic pressure to the high speed cylinder and the pressurizing cylinder. The device has a sequence valve (5) at an intermediate position in a passage (2e) providing in the piston of the pressurizing cylinder for communicating an upper chamber (2.sub.1) and a lower chamber (2.sub.2) of the pressurizing cylinder for opening and closing the passage depending upon a pilot pressure. A pilot pressure is supplied for closing the sequence valve by supplying the pilot pressure to the sequence valve. A high speed/pressurizing switching valve (12) is provided at an intermediate position in a piping (11) supplying the hydraulic pressure to the upper chamber of the pressurizing cylinder in the hydraulic circuit. The high speed/pressuring switching valve (12) is closed when high speed operation is required, by not submitting the pilot pressure to the sequence valve (5). The high speed/pressurizing switching valve (12) is open when high pressurizing force is required, by supplying the pilot valve to the sequence valve (5). With the construction, it becomes possible to perform high speed operation by the high speed cylinder and operation coping with high load by the pressurizing fluid without providing the external piping and valve.

摘要: An industrial vehicle includes a hydraulic brake device, a hydraulic load handling device, a first hydraulic circuit, a second hydraulic circuit, a pressure compensating circuit, and a controller. The controller sets an electromagnetic valve to a first position during operation of the load handling device. The controller sets the electromagnetic valve to a second position and controls an electric motor to drive a hydraulic pump when determining that pressure needs to be accumulated in a hydraulic accumulator based on a detection result of a detector. When the electromagnetic valve is at the second position, hydraulic pressure generated by driving the hydraulic pump is applied to a pressure compensating valve and produces a force acting in a direction to disconnect the hydraulic pump and an oil tank from each other, so that hydraulic pressure is generated in a first oil passage to be accumulated in the hydraulic accumulator.

The travel speed control unit includes a traveling, hydraulic pressure oil feed unit capable of feeding pressure oil to actuate traveling tilt-angle control devices. The boost control unit includes a boosting, hydraulic pressure oil feed unit capable of feeding pressure oil to actuate an adjustable relief valve. A single hydraulic pressure oil feed unit is commonly usable as the traveling, hydraulic pressure oil feed unit and the boosting, hydraulic pressure oil feed unit, and includes lines communicating with both of the traveling tilt-angle control devices and the adjustable relief valve, a solenoid valve for opening or closing these lines, and a controller for outputting a control signal to control the solenoid valve.
