摘要: A hydraulic cylinder assembly comprising: a single-acting hydraulic cylinder; an oil tank; a fluid line fluidically connecting the oil tank with the hydraulic cylinder; and a motor unit comprising a pump disposed in the fluid line and comprising a motor configured to operate the pump to pump fluid from the oil tank to the hydraulic cylinder to extend the hydraulic cylinder, and to permit flow of fluid from the hydraulic cylinder to the oil tank through the pump during retraction of the hydraulic cylinder, a pressure sensor configured to output a pressure signal indicative of pressure of hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic cylinder; and a controller configured to control the motor unit based on pressure signals received from the pressure sensor. The hydraulic cylinder assembly is configured so that oil leaving the hydraulic cylinder, during retraction of the hydraulic cylinder, passes through the pump to the oil tank.

摘要: A hydraulic excavator drive system (1) includes an arm control valve (31) and an arm switching valve (41). The arm switching valve (41) is connected to an arm pushing supply line (34) by a rod-side line (42) and to an arm crowding supply line (35) by a head-side line (43). The arm switching valve (41) is switched between a neutral position, a recycling position in which the arm switching valve (41) allows the rod-side line (42) to communicate with the head-side line (43) and a second tank line (44), and a meter-out control position in which the arm switching valve (41) allows the head-side line (43) to communicate with the tank line (44). The arm switching valve (41) incorporates therein a check valve (45) that allows a flow from the rod-side line (42) toward the head-side line (43) when the arm switching valve (41) is in the recycling position.

摘要: In an exemplary method of monitoring performance of a fluid driven actuator for a valve, pressurized fluid is supplied through an actuator supply line to an inlet port of the actuator during a first time period to operate the actuator from a normal position to an actuated position. Pressure changes corresponding to a fluid flow condition in the actuator supply line are measured during the first time period, with the measured pressure changes defining a valve cycle pressure profile including a first inflection point corresponding to movement of the actuator from the normal position to the actuated position. The valve cycle pressure profile is analyzed to identify a non-compliant condition in at least one of the valve and the actuator. An output communicating the identified non-compliant condition is then generated.

摘要: A screw-pump type electro-hydraulic actuator preferably includes an electric motor device, a hydraulic tube, a pump piston, a spline rod, an actuator rod and a hydraulic control circuit. The electric motor device preferably includes an electric motor and a gearbox. One end of the spline rod is engaged with an output of the gearbox. The pump piston preferably includes a piston base, three sets of screw pump rollers, a spline drive gear, a first piston end plate and a second piston end plate. The hydraulic flow circuit includes a first relief valve, a first check valve, a second relief valve, a second check valve and an accumulator. The screw pump rollers are rotatably retained in the piston base between the first and second piston end plates. The spline gear drives the pump driven gears of the three drive screw pump rollers through the spline drive gear to pump hydraulic oil.

The restraint systems can include: a passenger seat supported by a frame; a restraint bar pivotably attached to the frame; and at least one piston operably engaged between the restraint bar and the frame. Restraint system pistons are provided. The pistons can include: a central chamber housing a piston head and rod; a fluid reservoir in fluid communication with the central chamber; and at least one electromechanical valve operable between an open and a closed position. Methods for restraining a passenger within a seat are also provided.
