    摘要: An actuator synchronization system comprising a control valve in fluid communication with a plurality of actuators; each of the actuators comprising an input member moveable by the control valve, a main valve moveable from a null to an off-null position, an output member moveable from a first to a second output position, and a feedback linkage and a drive link configured such that selective movement of the input member causes movement of the valve from the null to the off-null position and movement of the output member to the second output position causes movement of the valve member from the off-null to the null position; and a mechanical connector between each of the input members or drive links of the actuators configured such that rotational motion of each of the respective drive links is synchronized.

When the rod of the actuating cylinder extends in an unloaded condition, a circuit is configured such that oil discharged from the bottom-side section of the accelerating cylinder is supplied to the bottom-side section of the actuating cylinder through a bottom line. When the rod of the actuating cylinder extends in a loaded condition, a circuit is configured such that oil supplied to the bottom line without passing through the accelerating cylinder is supplied to the bottom-side section of the actuating cylinder. The circuit for the unloaded condition and the circuit for the loaded condition is switched based on a pressure sensing in the bottom line.

    摘要: A pneumatic brake servo which can be acted on by a pneumatic differential pressure is described. The brake servo includes an actuable input member comprising a valve piston, an output member for acting on a master brake cylinder, and a control valve which is arranged in a control housing and which can be actuated by the valve piston for controlling the differential pressure. An elastic reaction element is arranged in a control housing recess and against which the output member bears. The input member acts with an input effective area A1 on the reaction element, and the output member acts with an output effective area A2 on the reaction element. The ratio of output effective area A2 to input effective area A1 determines the force boost ratio of the brake servo.Means are provided for adjusting the output effective area A2 in the assembled brake servo.

    摘要: A brake actuating device has an actuator functionally connected between a piston and a brake pedal lever. The actuator is capable of varying the path length of a force-conducting connection between the brake pedal lever and the piston of the brake cylinder via a displaceable element. A spring element acts on the brake pedal lever. The spring force varies during the variation of the path length such that a sum of the spring force and a force acting on the brake pedal lever from the brake cylinder remains essentially unchanged. The spring element is fastened with one end to the displaceable element and with the other end to the brake pedal lever with the interposition of a tensioning mechanism, which is guided by a cam track provided on the brake pedal lever. The cam track and the spring element are designed such that a displacement of the displaceable element into any possible position of the brake pedal lever does not generate a change in the pedal force at the brake pedal lever that is perceptible to the driver.
