The controller is configured to monitor fluid pressure within the hydraulic cylinder based on signals from the sensor assembly, based on a determination that pressure in a rod end or a head end of the hydraulic cylinder is below a first fluid pressure threshold, configure the valve assembly to fluidly connect the corresponding end to the first fluid source, and if the first fluid source is not operational, increase an opening of the auxiliary valve to fluidly connect the corresponding end to the second fluid source and cause the second fluid source to provide fluid until pressure in the corresponding end is above a second fluid pressure threshold.

The system includes a load configured to be driven by pressurized hydraulic fluid and a hydraulic pump operatively connected for supply pressurized hydraulic fluid to the load. An engine is operatively connected and configured to drive the hydraulic pump. An aeration sensing system includes a sonic sensor system having a plurality of bands arranged on an outer surface of a line carrying pressurized hydraulic fluid and a pressure sensor for sensing a pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the line. A controller is in communication with the sonic sensor system and the pressure sensor and configured to calculate a level of aeration in the hydraulic fluid in the line during mobile machine operation using speed of sound data from the sonic sensor system and pressure data from the pressure sensor.

摘要: An exemplary apparatus includes a sensor array configured to sense a gas stream temperature, pressure, and humidity. The sensor array includes a plurality of sensors, each configured to sense at least one of the gas stream conditions. The apparatus further includes an electronic control unit comprising a memory storage device, a condition evaluation module, a display module, and a wireless transmission module. The memory storage device stores a plurality of condition parameters, each condition parameter corresponding to one of the gas stream conditions. The condition evaluation module is configured to determine if one of the sensed conditions violates one of the corresponding parameters, and is further configured to output a warning command in response to the determining. The display module is configured to display information relating to at least one of a sensed condition and a condition parameter. The wireless transmission module is configured to wirelessly transmit data relating to at least one of the warning command and one of the sensed conditions.

摘要: A method for detecting and isolation a leak in a hydraulic system having a supply pump serving at least one control valve is disclosed. In one embodiment, the control valve has multiple work sections. In step of the method, the hydraulic system is activated. In another step, an actuation command for at least one of the work sections is received, for example from a human-to-machine interface. Subsequently, the method may include generating a flow demand for the work sections for which an actuation command has been received. The method also includes the step of implementing at least one of a first, second, third, and fourth leak detection and isolation protocol to detect and isolate a leak between the pump and the control valve assembly, a leak between the reservoir and the control valve assembly and a leak between the at least one work circuit and the control valve assembly.
