摘要: A vehicle includes: a prime mover; a hydraulic fluid manifold; a hydraulic machine; a hydraulic accumulator; one or more hydraulic actuators; a valve arrangement; and a controller. The controller is configured to receive an actuator demand signal indicative of a demand to move the one or more hydraulic actuators; and to control the hydraulic machine and the valve arrangement to cause movement of the one or more actuators in accordance with the actuator demand signal by bringing the hydraulic accumulator into fluid communication with a first actuator chamber of the one or more hydraulic actuators, and to synchronise therewith changing a pressure in a second actuator chamber of the one or more hydraulic actuators. The second actuator chamber is in fluid communication with the hydraulic machine.

摘要: Presented herein are systems and methods for attenuating certain pulsations in a hydraulic system comprising a pump and a hydraulic actuator. In certain aspects, an accumulator comprising an internal volume that is divided into a working chamber and a contained chamber may be utilized to at least partially attenuate propagation of certain pulsations in the system. The working chamber may be fluidically coupled to the pump via a first flow path and fluidically coupled to a chamber of the actuator via a second flow path. The system may be designed such that a first inertance of the first flow path is greater than a second inertance of the second flow path. Additionally or alternatively, the system may be designed such that a resonance associated with the first inertance and a compliance of the accumulator may occur at a resonance frequency of less than 90 Hz.

摘要: An electro hydrostatic actuator comprising a hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor to supply hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic actuator, the pump comprising an inlet and an outlet for the hydraulic fluid and an active flow path configured therebetween such that, in an active mode of operation when the pump is driven by the electric motor, hydraulic fluid is actively drawn in through the inlet and exhausted out through the outlet. The pump further comprises a bypass flow path configured to open between the inlet and outlet such that, in a damping mode of operation when the pump is not driven by the electric motor, hydraulic fluid is able to pass through the pump along the bypass flow path between the inlet and outlet. The hydraulic pump is a rotary piston pump comprising a pump barrel driven to rotate by a motor shaft.

摘要: A header is supported by a pair of hydraulic float cylinders, where a float pressure to the cylinders is directly controlled by an electronic control supplying a variable control signal to a PPRR valve arrangement to maintain the float pressure at a predetermined value. At the set pressure a predetermined lifting force is provided to the header. A position sensor is used to generate an indication of movement and/or acceleration and/or velocity. The electronic control is arranged, in response to changes in the sensor signal, to temporarily change the control signal to vary the lifting force and thus change the dynamic response of the hydraulic float cylinder. A lift force greater than that required to lift the header can be provided by a lift cylinder and can be opposed in a controlled manner to apply a controlled downforce by the back of the same cylinder or by a separate component.

A lift arm assembly is pivotally coupled to a frame of the power machine and is capable of being raised and lowered. A selectively activated lift arm suspension system is operably coupled to the lift arm assembly. A controller is coupled to the suspension system and configured to determine whether the lift arm assembly has moved more than a threshold amount. The controller deactivates the lift arm suspension system in response to determining that the lift arm assembly has moved more than the threshold amount.

The method includes storing at least one position value based on the at least one position measurement of the separator piston, at least one pressure value based on the at least one pressure measurement of the oil and at least one temperature value based on the at least one temperature measurement of the oil. The method includes determining whether the pitch trim actuator requires servicing based on the at least one position value, the at least one pressure value, and the at least one temperature value.

摘要: In a hydraulic closed circuit system with hydraulic pumps which maintains a well-balanced flow rate by automatically controlling the flow rate, a first hydraulic pump is connected to a hydraulic cylinder device such that the hydraulic closed circuit is made, a second hydraulic pump is connected at one of paired delivery ports to a bottom side of the hydraulic cylinder device and at the other of the ports to a tank, and a prime mover drives the first and second hydraulic pumps and recovers motive power from these pumps. A pump capacity control unit detects a moving direction of the hydraulic cylinder device, and a pressure in a lower-thrust side of the device, and controls a capacity of the second hydraulic pump so that the flow rate during the extension/retraction of the hydraulic cylinder device becomes balanced between the first and second hydraulic pumps and the hydraulic cylinder device.

The pumps in the first switching position are respectively hydraulically connected via pressure chambers of the first differential cylinder that are different from each other and whereby the pumps in the second switching position are respectively connected via pressure chambers of the second differential cylinder that are different from each other.
