Abstract:
The invention relates to a high-pressure hydraulic fluid screening element (1) for inserting into a hydraulic line or into a hydraulic connection of a hydraulic device, having an annular main body (2), which is aligned with respect to its axis of rotation (9) in a longitudinal direction (5). The outside diameter of the main body (2) is greater than its axial length. The inner cross section of the main body (2) is covered over by a screening region (3), which is provided with a multiplicity of apertures (4). In this case, the main body (2) and the screening region (3) are produced integrally by the powder injection-moulding process.
Abstract:
A two piston cylinder providing asymmetrical expansion and retraction capabilities is disclosed having two linked expansion chambers and a single chamber for retraction. The refraction chamber is situated between the two expansion chambers, and the expansion chambers are linked together by a tube passing through the piston that provides hydraulic fluid to both the retraction chamber and one of the expansion chambers.
Abstract:
The device according to the invention for removing moisture from a hydraulic medium (2) with at least one gaseous drying medium (3) is characterized in that the drying medium (3) is air and/or some other working gas with corresponding moisture absorption capability, said drying medium being conducted by means of a delivery device (4) from an area surrounding the hydraulic medium (2) to the hydraulic medium (2) when the moisture content of the respective gaseous drying medium (3) is lower than the degree of water saturation of the hydraulic medium (2)
Abstract:
An air system in which the supply air from a compressed air source is supplied to a pneumatically driven device through a pneumatic line, including humidity conditioning tubes used for the whole or a part of the pneumatic line. This humidity conditioning tube includes a polymer material having moisture selective permeability in both inward and outward directions according to steam partial pressure in and outside thereof, and the supply air supplied to the pneumatically driven device through the tube is dehumidified or humidified by this humidity conditioning tube. An air system can suppress generation of mist or the like in supply air without shortening a life of a device caused by supply of low dew-point air to the pneumatically driven device.
Abstract:
A hydraulic system includes an air sucking hydraulic circuit 8, an air sucking control valve 5, and a check valve 6 provided in or before and after the air sucking hydraulic circuit 8, hereby allowing a hydraulic fluid from the air sucking control valve 5 to flow to the hydraulic actuator 4 and preventing a flow of a hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic actuator 4 to the air sucking control valve 5.
Abstract:
A pressure fluid-driven apparatus includes a zero point position-determining mechanism, including an oil supply-adjusting knob formed with an arrow-shaped recess for indicating a zero point position, an insert member internally fitted into a hole of the oil supply-adjusting knob, a stopper for setting an assembled state of the oil supply-adjusting knob and the insert member to be at a zero point position, and a first spline section and a second spline section fitted to one another to determine the position so that the zero point position of the recess corresponds to that of a holder.
Abstract:
An air processing unit for providing compressed air to a supply port for use in a pneumatic system with a pneumatic unit pneumatically connected to the supply port. The air processing unit comprises an inlet port for receiving the compressed air from an electrically controlled compressed air supply. An air drying unit having an input port pneumatically connected to the inlet port and configured to dry the compressed air received, a supply line configured to supply dried compressed air, a return flow control unit comprising an electrically controlled valve are also included in the air processing unit. The electrically controlled valve is provided as a single and only electrically controlled valve of the return flow control unit.
