摘要: Systems and methods for estimating the area ratio of an actuator in static and dynamic states are disclosed. In one aspect, a metering valve is connected to each side of the actuator. In one example, one metering valve is held closed while the other metering valve incrementally pressurizes the actuator in discrete steps. The resulting work port pressures can be used to determine the actuator area ratio. Where counterbalance valves are installed in the system, the pressurizing metering valve can be placed in a pressure control mode to obtain the desired pressure values. In one example, the ratio of flows through each metering valve is used to determine the actuator ratio.

The hydraulic circuit includes hydraulic pumps; a plurality of hydraulic actuators; a plurality of control valves provided for respective hydraulic actuators; a regeneration line through which return oil returned from a specific hydraulic actuator of the hydraulic actuators to a tank is supplied to a regeneration target; a regeneration valve; a meter-out valve; and a flow-path selection device selecting a flow path for the return oil from a first flow path supplying the return oil to the regeneration line to cause the regeneration action and a second flow path supplying the return oil to the control valve for the specific hydraulic actuator to stop the regeneration action.

摘要: An apparatus for recuperating hydraulic energy in a working machine includes at least one first differential cylinder piston device with a differential cylinder and separate rod and bottom sides, and at least one hydraulic accumulator which is hydraulically connectable with the differential cylinder piston device. The potential energy of the differential cylinder piston device retracting under pressing load is at least partly storable in the hydraulic accumulator. The rod and bottom sides are connectable with each other via at least one brake valve for recirculating hydraulic fluid from the bottom side into the rod side.

The function of such a hydraulic valve arrangement should be enhanced. To this end said controller (19) said controller interrupts said regenerative flow path when a feed pressure at said working port arrangement (6, 7) exceeds a predetermined pressure level.

The hydraulic system may have a pump configured to pressurize fluid, a first actuator configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump, and an accumulator configured to receive fluid from the first actuator. The hydraulic system may also have a second actuator configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump and the accumulator, and a pilot circuit configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump and the accumulator. The hydraulic system may further have at least one valve movable to provide priority of fluid flow from the accumulator to the pilot circuit over the second actuator when a pressure of the accumulator is less than a low-pressure threshold.

摘要: An electro-hydraulic actuation system includes a regeneration valve in fluid communication with a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber of a hydraulic actuator, and a dump valve is in fluid communication with the second fluid chamber and a fluid reservoir. A pump provides a flow of fluid to the first and second fluid chambers, a displacement of the pump controlling a velocity of the actuator during motion in the retraction and extension directions. An electric motor drives the pump, and a controller controls a state of the regeneration valve and the dump valve. At least one feedback device senses a system condition and provides a respective feedback signal indicative of the sensed system condition to the controller, the controller responsive to the feedback signal to determine an occurrence of an over-center load condition and control a state of the regeneration valve and the dump valve in response to the occurrence to maintain the velocity of the actuator.

摘要: A method for storing and reusing hydraulic energy in a machine is disclosed. The method includes transferring the hydraulic energy from an actuator to an upstream side of a motor pump via a first valve, during a normal mode. The method includes directing excess hydraulic energy from a downstream side of the motor pump to an accumulator by opening an accumulator valve and closing a bypass valve, during an energy saving mode. The method includes retrieving stored hydraulic energy from the accumulator to the upstream side of the motor pump by opening the accumulator valve, during an energy discharging mode.
