A hydraulically actuated implement system can be coupled with the frame, and can include a linkage configured to couple with an implement, a hydraulic actuator coupled with the linkage and the frame, and a ride control and downforce control circuit configured to implement a ride control mode and a downforce control mode. The ride control mode can be configured to maintain a pressure of hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic actuator at a ride control pressure, and the downforce control mode can be configured to maintain the pressure of hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic actuator at a downforce control pressure to oppose the weight of the linkage and the implement such that the implement engages a substrate with a predetermined down force pressure which is proportionate to the downforce control pressure.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a hitch suspension system that reduces a transfer of energy (e.g., provides a smoother ride) between two bodies hitched together, such as between a towing vehicle and a towed vehicle/trailer. In an embodiment, the suspension system includes a hydraulic cylinder with an extendable rod in fluid communication with a fluid pump. A control valve is fluidly coupled between the hydraulic cylinder and the fluid pump and is configured to adjust an extension length of the rod. Additionally, a variable orifice that adjusts resistance to extension and retraction of the rod is fluidly coupled between the hydraulic cylinder and the control valve. A first fixed restrictive element is fluidly coupled in series with the variable orifice to dissipate energy ad the rod extends and a second fixed restrictive element is fluidly coupled in series with the variable orifice to dissipate energy as the rod retracts.

    摘要: A system includes a pilot pump with an output that may be directed to a pilot circuit by way of a selector valve. The selector valve is shifted between a first position providing communication between the pump and the pilot circuit to a second position providing communication between the pilot pump and the hybrid circuit when pressure in the pilot circuit reaches a predetermined level. That pressure is used to hydraulically shift the selector valve to redirect flow from the pilot pump to the hybrid circuit. Both the pilot circuit and the hybrid circuit include accumulators for storing pressurized hydraulic fluid. The fluid stored in the pilot circuit is used for pilot functionality while the fluid stored in the hybrid circuit is used to power any one or more of a variety of power consuming components.
