    摘要: A method of calibrating an electrohydraulic valve is disclosed. The method includes actuating an on-off valve to an open position. A speed of a fixed displacement pump is regulated to establish a desired flow rate at an outlet of the pump. The pump is in fluid communication within a closed loop circuit with the on-off valve and the electrohydraulic valve. A target pressure in the closed loop circuit is determined as a function of the desired flow rate. The method further includes increasing a current to the electrohydraulic valve and monitoring the target pressure in the closed loop circuit. A start of a fluid flow through the electrohydraulic valve is determined based on a drop in the target pressure within the closed loop circuit.

    摘要: A hydraulic control device for moving at least one hydraulic consumer comprises at least one supply line, a discharge line or bypass line to which the hydraulic consumer is connected, and at least one pressure source and, optionally, a directional control valve. The line contains a dosing device for measuring a hydraulic medium dose by using a given compressibility of the hydraulic medium. The measured hydraulic medium dose either is supplied from the dosing device into the hydraulic consumer connected downstream or is discharged from the hydraulic consumer connected upstream into the dosing device. The dosing device comprises from upstream to downstream in series first and second blocking members which respectively can be switched into a leakage-free blocking position and into a through flow position, and a dead space between the blocking members. For dosing the hydraulic medium dose the blocking members are switched several times alternatingly.

    摘要: A hydraulic system for an aircraft includes a master cylinder, a wheel brake, a pressure supply, a reservoir, and a shut-off valve in communication with the master cylinder, the wheel brake, the pressure supply and the reservoir. The shut-off valve can include a seal that is configured to preclude fluid flow between the pressure supply and the reservoir through the valve. The shut-off valve can be operable in a first position which blocks fluid flow between the pressure supply and the wheel brake through the valve and a second position which allows fluid flow between the pressure supply and the wheel brake through the valve. Fluid pressure from the master cylinder can control operation of the valve between the first position and the second position. Failure of the seal can result in fluid flow from the brake pressure supply toward the master cylinder.

The hydraulic arrangement comprises a hydraulic cylinder with first and second chambers, which cylinder has a first position for unlocking and a second position for locking, a first supply line hydraulically connected to the first chamber, a second supply line hydraulically connected to the second chamber and a control valve hydraulically connected to the first chamber. So as to prevent the faulty actuation of the hydraulic cylinder, it is proposed that the control valve has a first position and a second position, the control valve in the first position allowing hydraulic fluid to flow only in the direction of the first chamber and in the second position allowing hydraulic fluid to flow both to the first chamber and out of the first chamber and the control valve being controlled such that it assumes the first position when the hydraulic cylinder assumes its first position. In order to bring the hydraulic cylinder from the second position to the first position, the control valve always has to be moved to the second position first.
