摘要: A working machine includes: at least one support member connectable to a work attachment to do work by making contact with an object to be contacted; at least one hydraulic cylinder to move the work attachment connected to the at least one support member, a rod-side pressure detector to detect a rod-side hydraulic pressure of hydraulic fluid in communication with a rod-side fluid chamber of the at least one hydraulic cylinder; a bottom-side pressure detector to detect a bottom-side hydraulic pressure of hydraulic fluid in communication with a bottom-side fluid chamber of the at least one hydraulic cylinder; and a controller to calculate a relationship in pressure between the rod-side hydraulic pressure and the bottom-side hydraulic pressure and evaluate, based on the calculated relationship in pressure, a contact state which is a state of contact of the work attachment with the object.

摘要: A header assembly for an agricultural harvesting machine comprises a first frame assembly, a second frame assembly that supports a cutter, and is movable relative to the first frame assembly, a float cylinder coupled between the first frame assembly and the second frame assembly, an accumulator, a controllable reservoir, and fluidic circuitry. The fluidic circuitry comprises a first conduit forming a first fluid path that provides a flow of pressurized fluid under pressure to the float cylinder, so the float cylinder exerts a float force on the second frame assembly, a valve mechanism that is actuatable to inhibit fluid flow along the first fluid path between the accumulator and the float cylinder, a second conduit forming a second fluid path fluidically coupled to the controllable reservoir, the controllable reservoir being controllable to add fluid to the float cylinder.

摘要: A regeneration device includes: a regeneration valve that controls the flow rate of an operating fluid being drained from one port of a cylinder; a non-return valve that allows a regenerative flow of the operating fluid from the regeneration valve to the other port of the cylinder and blocks an opposite flow of the operating fluid; and an exhaust valve that controls the flow rate of the operating fluid output from the regeneration valve being drained to a tank. The regeneration valve controls the flow rate independently of the exhaust valve.

摘要: A hydraulic system includes: a slewing motor; a mechanical brake; and a slewing control valve interposed between a main pump and the slewing motor. A first pilot port of the slewing control valve is connected to a first solenoid proportional valve by a pilot line. A second pilot port of the slewing control valve is connected to a second solenoid proportional valve by a second pilot line. The first solenoid proportional valve and the second solenoid proportional valve are connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line. A switching valve is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the mechanical brake. The switching valve includes a pilot port that is connected to the first pilot line by a switching pilot line. The valve switches from a closed to an open position when a pilot pressure led to the pilot port becomes higher than or equal to a setting value.

摘要: The present application relates to a crane hydraulic system and a controlling method of the system, wherein the crane hydraulic system includes a load sensing subsystem, and the subsystem includes a variable pump, a variable pump oil inlet line, a load feedback line, an oil return line and a pressure compensator; the pressure compensator is provided with an oil inlet, an oil outlet, a first control oil port, a second control oil port and a control spring; the oil inlet communicates with the variable pump oil inlet line, the oil outlet communicates with the oil return line, the first control oil port communicates with the load feedback line, and the second control oil port also communicates with the variable pump oil inlet line; and wherein the control spring and the first control oil port are located on the same end of the pressure compensator, and a set pressure of the control spring is greater than a pressure difference of the variable pump. According to the present application, since the load sensing subsystem is arranged, at the start and stop moments of a winch system, the pressure compensator can be opened, and the variable pump oil inlet line communicates with the oil return line to realize pressure relief, so as to reduce the pressure impact.

The flushing valve is equipped with: a valve main body; a spool which can select, in accordance with a position where the spool is arranged in the valve main body, connection between a first flow line and a third flow line, connection between a second flow line and the third flow line, or interruption of the connection between the first flow line, the second flow line, and the third flow line; a first liquid chamber that is provided inside the valve main body and into which a hydraulic working fluid from the first flow line flows; a first piston pressurizing the hydraulic working fluid having flowed into the first liquid chamber and moving the spool to a position where the second flow line and the third flow line are connected together, by the hydraulic pressure of the first liquid chamber; a second liquid chamber that is provided inside the valve main body and into which the hydraulic working fluid from the second flow line flows; and a second piston pressurizing the hydraulic working fluid having flowed into the second liquid chamber and moving the spool to a position where the first flow line and the third flow line are connected together, by the hydraulic pressure of the second liquid chamber.
