摘要： A crusher is provided having improved wear resistance and crushing capacity. Particularly, the crusher provides an improved mechanism for adjusting the closed side setting by acting on an adjustable jaw, rather than the moveable jaw. The crusher includes a moveable jaw, an adjustable jaw, and a frame that supports the adjustable jaw and the moveable jaw such that the adjustable jaw and the moveable jaw define a crushing chamber having an upper opening for receiving a material to be crushed and a lower opening for expelling crushed material from the chamber after crushing. The crusher also includes a drive mechanism coupled to the moveable jaw for directing reciprocating motion of the moveable jaw and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the adjustable jaw for altering an angle of the adjustable jaw and, thereby, altering a closed side setting of the crushing chamber.

摘要： A jaw crusher having a fixed jaw and a swing jaw disposed between opposing side walls of the jaw crusher. The swing jaw is movable relative to the fixed jaw for generating impelling forces to crush material present between the two jaws. The jaw crusher includes a cross beam which extends between the opposing side walls and a toggle plate is provided between a rear face of the swing jaw and the cross beam. Pressure cylinders are provided for applying a load to the cross beam, to provide a reaction to forces generated during movement of the swing jaw. The jaw crusher comprises a locking arrangement for selectively preventing substantial movement of the cross beam against the action of the pressure cylinders.

摘要： The invention provides a cutter for a method of crushing and breaking casting products utilizing a casting product crushing and breaking apparatus and is constituted such that front end side mountain portions 44 and 54 are provided at front end sides of cutters 42 and 52 opposed to each other and bottom side mountain portions 43 and 53 are provided on bottom sides thereof. Therefore, there can be carried out operation of pressing useless casting products and operation of crushing and breaking thereof between the front end side mountain portions and the bottom side mountain portions provided at the respective cutters of one and other cutting apparatus. Useless casting products of long objects can be crushed and broken firmly and smoothly. Cutting dimensions are substantially made constant and by making the cutting dimensions substantially constant, melting operation can be made efficient.
