    摘要: A crusher includes a replaceable first crushing member having a first crusher surface and a replaceable second crushing member having a second crusher surface. The co-operation of the crusher surfaces is defined by at least one crusher setting parameter. From measurements of a quality parameter, which relates to the nature of the crushed material, on at least two different occasions during the service life of a set of replaceable first and second crushing members and on each occasion for at least two different settings of the crusher setting parameter, a control function can be determined that describes a value, of the at least one crusher setting parameter, which on a given occasion gives a crushed material the quality parameter of which is substantially optimal. The control function is utilized for the adjustment of the crusher setting parameter for a subsequent set of replaceable first and second crushing members in such a way that on a given occasion for the subsequent set of replaceable crushing members, a crushed material is also obtained, the quality parameter of which is substantially optimal.

    摘要: For controlling a work process carried out by means of a robot (RB), instructions are stored both relating to the positioning of the robot and relating to the very process to be accomplished. The process instructions are stored in the form of process stage instructions (SPS, SPM and SPE) comprising(a) process start stage, during which the process is initiated (the arc is struck, for instance, when arc welding is involved) and the relative movement between object and robot can be started;(b) process main stage, during which the actual process is carried out; and, at least when the process is not directly followed by a further process;(c) process terminal stage, during which the process is terminated (the arc is broken, for instance, when arc welding is involved) and the relative movement between object and robot can be stopped.A control system for a robot includes memory (PM) for robot instructions, including data for specific process parameters, operating means (OP) for storing robot instructions and means (CU, SS, WC) for automatically carrying out the process controlled by the instructions. The operating means have a control lever (34) with motion in at least two dimensions for controlling said specific parameter data, particularly during execution of a process main stage.

A measuring device is arranged to measure the instantaneous load on the crusher during at least one period to obtain a number of measured values. A calculation device is arranged to calculate a representative load value that is representative of the highest, measured instantaneous load during each such period of time. A control device is arranged to compare the representative load value with a desired value and to control the load on the crusher depending on the comparison.

    摘要: In a method for starting a crushing operation in a gyratory crusher in which rocks are passed through a crushing gap to be crushed, the following steps are carried out: (a) a driving device is started which causes a crushing head to execute a gyratory pendulum movement, and a first width of the crushing gap is set, (b) a supply of material to the gap is commenced, (c) the resulting load on the crusher is measured, (d) the width of the gap is adjusted so that the load approaches a desired value, (e) a measure which is representative of the width of the gap after adjustment, is read, and (f) such read measure is utilized for calculation of a gap width for use as a first width of the gap in carrying out step (a) of the next start-up of a crushing operation.

The device comprises guide means that, during a change in motion of a vehicle, provide for a change in position of the seat in the form of translation and rotational movement of the seat in a generally backward direction opposite the direction of travel of the vehicle. As the seat and the occupant of the seat move backward relative to the vehicle, the head of the occupant accelerates over a longer distance than the hips of the occupant.
