摘要: A working vehicle provided with a fixed-capacity hydraulic pump driven by power from an engine and a working hydraulic actuator driven by working oil pumped from the fixed-capacity hydraulic pump is a rotary working vehicle which is provided with an electromagnetic relief valve for modifying the pressure of working oil from the fixed-capacity hydraulic pump, and the rotary working vehicle is such that if the actual number of revolutions (N) of the engine is reduced by a set number of revolutions (Ns) as the load on the engine increases, then the electromagnetic relief valve operates in accordance with the deviation (e) between the actual number of revolutions (N) of the engine and the specified number of revolutions (Ns), and the pressure of the working oil from the fixed-capacity hydraulic pump is modified.

Because the control valve (18) is connected to an additional supply pipeline (T0) and constructed as a priority valve in such a manner that the supply pipeline (TReg) receives priority preference of a fluid supply system over the priority of the tank return pipeline (TR0), a type of sensor circuit is realized which checks whether, in accordance with the load situation at the hydraulic consumer (10, 12), then is any need at all for a supply flow.

摘要: The invention pertains to a device for the controlling the position of a pneumatic actuator comprising: a pneumatically adjustable actuating element (5); a pneumatic actuating drive (6) for adjusting the actuating element (5); an electro-pneumatic position controller (1) for pneumatically driving the actuating drive (6) as a function of a position controller set point and a controlled variable; and at least one main pneumatic power amplifier (10) with bypass throttle for amplifying the power output of the position controller (1) and for pneumatically driving the actuating drive (6). In addition, a pilot control pneumatic power amplifier (9) with a bypass throttle for preamplifying the pneumatic power output of the position controller (1) is installed between the position controller (1) and the main power amplifier (10).

摘要: A hydraulic actuating device for a closure assembly, for example of a vehicle, which closure assembly comprises a closure element which can be moved between a closed position, in which the closure element closes off an opening, and an opened position. The hydraulic actuating device comprises a hydraulic actuator for moving the closure element, which actuator has a housing having a closing chamber and an opening chamber. Further provided are a hydraulic pump having an associated electric pump motor and a reservoir for hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic actuating device further comprises a first pressure-limit valve, which is connected to the opening chamber, and a second pressure-limit valve, which is connected to the closing chamber. Control means are further provided for controlling the supply of hydraulic fluid under pressure to the opening chamber or to the closing chamber of the actuator. A hydraulic flow sensor connected to the control means is provided at each pressure-limit valve, such that the one or more hydraulic flow sensors detect the presence of a flow of hydraulic fluid through the pressure-limit valve to the reservoir. The control means are adaptednullif a flow sensor detects a flow of hydraulic fluidnullto reverse the supply of hydraulic fluid under pressure to the actuator, so that the opening motion is changed to a closing motion or vice versa.

A non-intrinsically-safe process may be disposed within an interior of the cap portion. A plurality of passageways may be disposed through the base portion. The electro-pneumatic controller may also include a flameproof barrier assembly which may include a plurality of flameproof joints each disposed within desired portion of the plurality of passageways. The plurality of flameproof joints cooperate to at least partially define a first zone, the flameproof joints adapted to prevent or to limit the spread of an open fire or explosion that might occur due to the ignition of the non-inert control fluid.
