摘要: The vehicle according to the invention has a frame, a first running gear and a second running gear, wherein the two running gears are arranged on opposite sides of the frame and are mounted so as to be displaceable relative to the frame by means of hydraulic cylinders for changing the track width. Each hydraulic cylinder here includes a component fixed to the frame and a component which can be displaced relative to the frame, wherein the first and second running gears are each fastened to the displaceable component of the hydraulic cylinders, and the displaceable component of the hydraulic cylinders is displaceably guided in a guide on the frame, wherein the guide is designed to transmit forces between the displaceable component and the frame transversely to the displacement direction of the displaceable component.

摘要: The disclosure generally pertains to a robotic vehicle. An example robotic vehicle has a base platform that includes at least a chassis, an actuator, a sensor, and a controller. The chassis includes a first wheel that is attached to a first section of the chassis and further includes a second wheel attached to a second section of the chassis. The actuator has a proximal end attached to the first section of the chassis and a distal end attached to the second section of the chassis. The sensor is configured to obtain information associated with a stair structure located on a traversal path of the robotic vehicle. The controller evaluates the information obtained by the sensor and operates the actuator to vary a separation distance between the first section of the chassis and the second section of the chassis so as to enable the robotic vehicle to traverse the stair structure.

摘要: An on-board electronics system of an aerial work platform moves the wheels between a retracted and extended position by pivoting a respective arm. The method comprises the following successive steps: a) orienting each wheel tangentially to the pivoting path of the corresponding arm, b) moving the wheel by pivotally actuating the corresponding arm, and c) reorienting the wheel so as to enable another translation of the aerial work platform. The steps are performed in different orders between the wheels so that at any time at least one of the following conditions is complied with: —the brake system of at least one wheel is active, —at least one wheel is rotated by a motorised drive, —the orientation of the wheels relative to one another prevents any translation of the aerial work platform (1) on the ground as a result of gravitational force.
