Such a battery module includes multiple individual batteries, each of which has at least one housing and at least one galvanic cell disposed within the housing. The battery module further includes a joining device, by which the individual batteries are assembled to form a battery module that can be handled as a whole. The battery module has, on its outside, a spray-applied protective layer that includes a wax and surrounds at least sections of the battery module.

摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to a welding process for a battery module. In an embodiment, a system for welding two components in a battery module includes a laser source configured to emit a laser beam onto a workpiece having a first battery module component and a second battery module component. The system also has an actuator coupled to the laser source and configured to move the laser beam along a first axis and a second axis and a controller electrically coupled to the laser source and the actuator. The controller is configured to send a signal to the laser source and the actuator to form a sinusoidal lap weld on a surface of the workpiece, such that the first battery module component is electrically coupled to the second battery module component.

摘要: The protection of an electrical energy accumulation device from electromagnetic attacks is provided. The electrical energy accumulation device comprises a housing made of an electrically conductive material, at least one electrical energy storage cell that is arranged in the housing and two terminals that are arranged through the housing, the terminals being electrically insulated from the housing, the terminals allowing electrical energy to be transferred between the at least one storage cell and the exterior of the device. The device further comprises, inside the housing, a specific component exhibiting an impedance having at least one resistive component that is higher than 1 ohm, which component is configured to dissipate the energy of electromagnetic interference attempting to penetrate the housing through at least one of the terminals.

摘要: A battery module includes a plurality of cells being each cylindrical and being held in a cell holder such that the cells are arranged with positive electrodes disposed at a first side and negative electrodes disposed at a second side. The battery module further includes a plurality of positive-electrode current collector plates disposed adjacent to the positive electrodes of the plurality of cells, a plurality of negative-electrode current collector plates disposed adjacent to the negative electrodes of the plurality of cells, and bus bars being disposed in containers in the cell holder and being parallel to the plurality of cells. The containers are capable of containing the cells. Both ends of each of the bus bars are connected to one of the plurality of positive-electrode current collector plates and one of the plurality of negative-electrode current collector plates, respectively.

摘要: The invention relates to an energy storage module comprising a plurality of electrochemical cells for storing electric energy and comprising at least one contacting device for electrically contacting the plurality of electrochemical cells. According to the invention, the at least one contacting device is substantially comb-shaped in particular and has a plurality of teeth which are formed and arranged such that a first or second connection lug is received or can be received between two adjacent teeth.
