摘要: The invention describes a device and method for making corrugated products. The device can be used with any substrate and includes, at least, first and second drive rollers for driving a middle substrate and a single wall corrugated product. In other embodiments the invention includes upper drive rollers, lower drive rollers and middle drive rollers for driving an upper substrate, a lower substrate and a middle substrate. The middle substrate is driven between the upper and lower substrates at a higher velocity to form flutes that are anchored between the upper an lower substrates thereby forming a corrugated product. The invention also provides for customized corrugated products having multiple fluted substrates in various desirable arrangements. Examples of such products include mattress, partition panels, other furniture and construction products.

摘要: A floor panel has a substrate and a decorative layer of wood veneer having a thickness of 1 millimeter or less provided on the substrate. The substrate has an average density of more than 750 kilograms per cubic meter. The decorative layer is provided on the substrate by means of a layer on the basis of thermosetting resin situated between the substrate and the decorative layer. A method for manufacturing such floor panels including a structured veneer surface that can be obtained according to the arrangement of the aforementioned floor panel.

There is also provided a material comprising fibers and having a density of at least 1200 kg/m3, wherein the fibers comprise native cellulose and dialcohol cellulose and the oxygen permeability of the material according to ASTM D3985 is below 30 ml·μm/(m2·kPa·24 h) at 23° C. and 80% relative humidity.

摘要: Panel for soundproofing aircraft interiors comprising a first and a second layer and an intermediate layer of damping material placed between the first and second layer along a neutral axis of the soundproofing panel. The first and the second layer each comprising a structural layer and a surface layer placed on the opposite side to the intermediate layer and connected thereto, adhering continuously by means of an adhesive layer, the intermediate layer extends for the entire area of the panel and is connected to the structural layers of the first and second layer. The intermediate layer comprises a polymer foam material having a uniform thickness less than 2 mm and weight of less than 1.2 kg/m2.

摘要: The present method for producing a crosslinked product include the steps of: melt molding an ethylene copolymer (A) or a resin composition containing the ethylene copolymer (A); and carrying out crosslinking; wherein the ethylene copolymer (A) contains a constitutional unit derived from ethylene and a constitutional unit derived from an α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and satisfies the following requirements (1), (2) and (3): (1) a vinyl group content per 1,000 carbon atoms as measured by 1H-NMR is from 0.06 to 1; (2) a ratio MFR10/MFR2.16 is from 8.5 to 50; and (3) a density d is from 850 kg/m3 to 920 kg/m3. The present method for producing a crosslinked product is capable of providing a crosslinked product having a good moldability and an excellent mechanical strength. Further, the present method is capable of providing a foamed product which is light weight and excellent in mechanical strength, with an excellent productivity; as well as providing crosslinked molded articles whose dimensional variations between individual products are small.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a two-ply absorbent liner for use in a sterilization process and, more particularly, to an absorbent liner having a foam layer and a paper layer for cushioning sterilization trays and surgical instruments in a sterilization pack and providing advantageous moisture absorption functionality during and after completion of a sterilization process. The absorbent liner functions advantageously with steam or ethylene oxide gas as the sterilization agent. The absorbent liner is fabricated from a foam material, preferably a hydrophilic polymeric foam material, e.g., a hydrophilic polyurethane foam flame laminated to paper, preferably medical grade paper. The disclosed liner may be advantageously utilized in sterilizing surgical instruments and in conjunction with sterilizing trays such that potential residual moisture is eliminated from the surface of the instruments or trays and metal surfaces are cushioned.
