The stackable wear panel (1) is also configured to be alternatively removably affixed to a top surface (2A) of another stackable wear panel (1) within a stacked wear panel arrangement (1′, 1″). The stackable wear panel (1) is formed by a matrix (2) having a top surface (2A), a bottom surface (2B) opposite said top surface (2) and a central bore (4) extending through the top (2A) and bottom (2B) surfaces. The central bore (4) is configured to receive either one of a fastener (5) or a spacing adapter (6) therein, and/or support a portion (5A, 5B) of the fastener (5) or a lower outer surface portion (6E) of the spacing adapter (6).

摘要: A method of producing a composite core member along a production line is disclosed. The core member is designed to be used within a composite panel of a tractor trailer. The method comprises the steps of providing an intermediate core member comprising a reinforced material positioned on at least one end of the intermediate core member and producing at least two strips of reinforced material. The intermediate core member is inserted between the strips of reinforced material and the strips of reinforced material are coupled to a first side and a second side of the intermediate core member to form the core member.

摘要: A disposable wearable article includes an elastic film stretchable structure in which an elastic film is laminated between a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are bonded to each other through holes passing through the elastic film with many bonded portions arranged at intervals. A region having the elastic film stretchable structure includes a stretchable region that elastically stretches and contracts together with the elastic film. The stretchable region includes a plurality of elastic films disposed so as to have an overlapping portion. The number of laminated layers of the elastic film in a region located in an intermediate portion of the stretchable region in an orthogonal direction (XD) orthogonal to a stretchable direction (ED) is different from that in each of second regions adjacent to both sides of the first region.

摘要: Disclosed herein are plaster boards that include first and second layers of hardened plaster material, a liner attached to the first layer of hardened plaster material, and a first material (e.g., a polymer material such as a viscoelastic polymer) adhered between the liner and the second layer of hardened plaster material. The liner includes one or more structurally weakened regions each extending substantially from a first edge to a second opposing edge of the plaster board. The structurally weakened regions of the liner may facilitate creation of a fissure that propagates substantially within a plane within the plaster board. Methods for making the plaster boards may involve drying wet plaster material while it is in contact with a liner having structurally weakened regions, processing a liner to form its structurally weakened regions while in contact with wet plaster material, or processing a liner to form its structurally weakened regions while in contact with hardened plaster material.

摘要: An electrically heatable laminated automotive glazing unit including an exterior glass sheet that is curved and tempered and a thin glass interior sheet that is also tempered, these sheets being joined by means of a thermoplastic interlayer sheet. The glazing unit is configured to receive mechanical moving and/or fastening means and a portion of the exterior sheet is not covered by the thin interior sheet. The glazing unit is fastened in the zone not covered by the thin sheet, and the glazing unit includes at least one electrically heatable zone comprising (i) a substantially transparent, electrically conductive coating layer and (ii) spaced busbars adapted to supply electrical voltage across the substantially transparent, electrically conductive coating layer. The spaced busbars are placed in the portion of the exterior sheet which is not covered by the thin interior sheet.

摘要: An acoustic fiber silencer for a motor vehicle includes a first sound absorbing layer and a second sound insulating layer. The layers are formed of lightweight fibrous material, and the sound insulating layer is quilted. The acoustic fiber silencer includes a frame to which the sound absorbing and sound insulating layers are secured. The frame provides structural support and shape to the sound absorbing and sound insulating layers. The acoustic fiber silencer is lightweight while maintaining excellent noise attenuation properties.

摘要: An absorbent article can have a topsheet layer, a liquid impermeable layer, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet layer and the liquid impermeable layer. The absorbent article can further include an exudate management layer in fluid communication with the topsheet layer. In various embodiments, the exudate management layer can be positioned on a body facing surface of the topsheet layer. In various embodiments, the exudate management layer can be positioned between the topsheet layer and the absorbent core. The exudate management layer has a first component which defines an opening for direct passage of body exudates into the absorbent core. The exudate management layer has a second component which at least partially overlaps the first component of the exudate management layer and further extends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article in a direction towards the posterior region of the absorbent article.
