摘要: Described herein is a wall assembly for use in walls of energy efficient residential or commercial buildings which can provide improved thermal resistance, moisture resistance and structural capacity. The wall assembly includes a frame assembly, an outer fiberboard, and a closed cell foam layer. The fiberboard is laminated with a lamination such as a non-perforated, non-woven polyolefin permeable membrane. The closed cell foam layer couples the frame assembly and the outer fiberboard. Also described herein is a method of manufacturing the wall assembly.

摘要: A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.

摘要: A preparation method for artificial leather, includes applying a weaving process. The weaving includes adopting at least two groups of warp or weft yarns, and weaving each group of yarns into a monolayer structure to form at least two monolayer structures. Each of the monolayer structures is woven with some of the warp and/or weft yarns in such layer or with some of the warp and/or weft yarns in another layer to form a number of connecting points, such that at least two monolayer structures arranged in an orderly manner as two laminates are connected with each other by the weaving process, thereby forming a multi-layer integrated base fabric. The method includes bonding the base fabric and a resin layer together to form an artificial leather; and punching holes multiple air vent holes in the leather distributed in the resin layer and base fabric in the thickness direction.

摘要: A biodegradable layered composite includes at least a first layer and at least a second layer. The first layer of the biodegradable layered composite includes a paper layer having a top surface opposite a substantially planar and parallel bottom surface. The second layer of the biodegradable layered composite includes a non-woven polymer layer having a top surface opposite a substantially planar and parallel bottom surface. The non-woven polymer layer is bonded to the paper layer, forming the biodegradable layered composite. The biodegradable layered composite allows for at least one root of at least one seed to penetrate and grow through both of the paper layer and the non-woven polymer layer of the biodegradable layered composite.

The nonwoven fabrics may include one or more nonwoven layers, in which one or more of the nonwoven layers may include a liquid-barrier-enhancing-additive (LBEA) comprising an amide. The nonwoven fabrics may be suitable for use in a wide variety of liquid barrier applications, including facemasks, surgical gowns, surgical drapes, lab coats, and barrier components of absorbent articles (e.g., barrier leg cuffs).

摘要: A method for connecting insulation panels, each of the panels comprising a cellulosic web having two sides and an outside edge, and comprising layers of cellulosic fibers, the method comprising:
a) arranging a portion of each panel to be adjacent to the other, thereby forming an edge portion where the two webs can be connected;
b) relaxing the fibers of cellulosic material in the edge portion of each insulation panel by applying heat to the edge portion at a temperature of 150° F. to 450° F., thereby forming a relaxed fiber edge portion;
c) compressing the relaxed fiber edge portion of each insulation panel at a pressure of at least 5 psig, thereby forming a compressed panel portion having a thickness and a density; and
d) fastening the compressed panel portions together using sewing, riveting, adhesive, tape, interlacing, stamping, ply bonding or stapling thereby forming a fastened area,
wherein step (c) can be conducted at the same time or following step (b).-

摘要: Various examples are provided related to panel systems fabricated from bamboo. In one example, a panel system includes a central core including a layer of substantially aligned bamboo poles; a first outer lath layer including substantially aligned bamboo lathes or poles extending across a first side of the central core; and a second outer lath layer including substantially aligned bamboo lathes or poles extending across a second side of the central core. The bamboo lathes or poles of the first outer lath layer can be at an angle with respect to the bamboo poles and the bamboo laths or poles of the second outer lath layer can positioned at the same or another angle with respect to the bamboo poles. In other examples, beams or other structural elements can be fabricated using one-way lamination of bamboo elements.

Further, the glass element has a stress profile such that it does not fail when it is subject to 200,000 cycles of bending to a target bend radius of from 1 mm to 20 mm, by the parallel plate method. Still further, the glass element has a puncture resistance of greater than about 1.5 kgf when the first primary surface of the glass element is loaded with a tungsten carbide ball having a diameter of 1.5 mm.

摘要: An overlap production method of using standard coiled material, comprising the steps of: selecting a standard coiled material, designing a pattern, laser cutting according to the design pattern, cutting or reserving spaces for inserting drawn strips, forming by staggering and overlapping each layer of standard coiled material, and inserting partial materials of a standard coiled material layer into an adjacent standard coiled material and fixing it with the partial materials of the adjacent standard coiled material, or inserting the drawn strips into the spaces reserved in each layer, and combining the composition and the base clothing to make a product. The present invention produces the product with the above production method by using standard coiled materials instead of thread or strip materials, which not only achieves the goal of higher production efficiency and lower cost, but also makes the finished products have a new staggered material effect.
