摘要: An apparatus for autonomous form factor control of a foldable mobile device includes a processor that determines a current form factor of the foldable mobile device and senses a forward motion or a backward motion of a subject within a field of view of a camera of the device. In response to forward motion of a user, the processor raises a pointing elevation angle of the camera to maintaining the user within the field of view by autonomously controlling the hinge angle between the first device housing and the second device housing of the foldable mobile device and in response to backward motion the processor lowers the pointing elevation angle by autonomously using shape memory actuators to control the hinge angle in the direction determined based on the form factor.

Aspects may include at least one illumination source emitting light on a display and a transparent combining optic including a holographic optical element (HOE). According to various examples, light emitted from the at least one illumination source illuminates the transparent combining optic, and the transparent combining optic diffracts the light to generate an observable virtual image. The observable virtual image may be positioned to overlay a scene viewable through the transparent combining optic. Such aspects may be incorporated on a variety of technologies, such as head-mounted display systems, smart glasses, and/or AR devices.

摘要: A camera integrates a magnet at one end of a housing to magnetically attract and attach the camera to a front side of a peripheral display, such as to support a video conference through an information handling system interfaced with the display. Camera position at a display panel front face is detected, such as with a touchscreen of the display panel or an infrared curtain presented from the camera dock along the display panel front face. Presentation of content at the display is adjusted based upon the camera position, such as to enhance a video conference by placing a window with an active speaker proximate the camera so that an end user of camera appears to be looking the speaker in the eye.

The user engages in the video communication session based on the displaying and the capturing. The displaying allows the managing of the body language during the capturing. The communication interface transmits the first content stream to a device.
