    摘要: A comminution device can include a crushing body extraction mechanism. The crushing body extraction mechanism can be configured to permit one or more crushing bodies (e.g. rollers of a roller press, etc.) to be continuously moved linearly away from a frame to expose the crushing bodies from the frame. In some embodiments, the extraction mechanism may be configured to utilize one or more rack and pinion mechanisms. The pinion for each such mechanism may be powered by one or more rotary motors or other type of rotary drive mechanism. In other embodiments, the extraction mechanism can include one or more rack and ratchet mechanisms. Each rack and ratchet mechanism may include a hydraulic cylinder or other linear actuator that is extendable and retractable for actuating motion of a ratchet along a rack having columns of differently angled steps to facilitate extension and retraction of one or more crushing bodies.

A first and a second grinding shaft are arranged coaxially in the housing assembly on a grinding axis. A first grinding disk is arranged on an end of the first grinding shaft. A second grinding disk is arranged on an end of the second grinding shaft. The first and the second grinding disks are parallel to each other. A bearing device is formed by at least two slide assemblies arranged parallel with the grinding axis in the first housing part. The at least two slide assemblies comprises a slide bushing arranged in the first housing part and a slide axle guided in the slide bushing and being connected with the second housing part. The first and/or the second housing part is displaceable along the grinding axis via the bearing device.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an improved mill, and in particular to an improved mill having a drum with several blades that rotates within a housing having several bars affixed near the bottom of the housing. In one embodiment, the mill has a hopper for introducing feed into the housing and a motor assembly for turning the drum within the housing. Several bars are stationarily fixed within the housing. The drum has several blades spaced remote from a central shaft which are supported by a plurality of discs. Each disc has a plurality of holes there through. The blades have an ear at the end proximal the housing outlet to propel the milled feed from the mill. An internal path is provided wherein the feed is likely to make several passes between the blades and the bars, and is unlikely to short circuit within the mill.

The fan assembly includes a fan disc secured to the shaft and rotatable therewith. Fan blades are secured to the fan disc in a generally radial orientation. Each fan blade includes a bottom flange secured to a top surface of the fan disc, a web extending upwardly from the bottom flange and a top flange extending outwardly from the web in a direction of rotation of the fan disc. The fan blades are preferably moveably mounted to the fan disc such that the angle of the fan blades relative to a true radial orientation can be adjusted.

The reducing machine includes a rotational reducing component, a power in-feed system for feeding material toward the rotational reducing component, and a mill box at least partially surrounding the rotational reducing component. The anvil unit further includes first and second spaced-apart shear edges positioned adjacent to the second end of the anvil main body. The first and second shear edges cooperate with the rotational reducing component to provide consecutive shearing actions as reducing elements of the rotational reducing component move initially past the first shear edge and then subsequently past the second shear edge.

Each chamber includes a rotor, and the chambers are separated by split divider plates. The reactor is designed with assemblies comprising portions of the reactor walls and divider plates which rotate open to allow access to the inside of the reactor, including the shaft and attached rotors. The design of the rotors and vortex generators on the reactor walls direct the flow, optimize comminution, and minimize wear on the apparatus.
