摘要: A system and method for processing hemp plants is disclosed. The process is capable of processing whole Cannabis plants for producing multiple useful products. A pair of hammermills are used in series in order to produce an extractable Cannabis material for obtaining cannabinoids, such as CBD and a fiber product. The hurds contained in the Cannabis plant material are controlled and fractionated during the process for allowing high throughput.

摘要: Shredder hammers having first and second major surfaces on opposing sides, and a circumferential edge. A mounting portion includes a mounting hole that extends from the first major surface to the second major surface, and is configured to receive a hammer mounting pin for mounting in a reducing system. The circumferential edge includes a primary impact face to initially impact materials to be reduced and a wear edge to subsequently crush and shear the material against a wall of the equipment. The hammer is biased forward on the pin to admit more material to be crushed between the wear edge and the grates.

摘要: Various embodiments of a hammermill system, hammer, and methods are disclosed. A hammermill hammer comprises a metal composite comprising a plurality of inserts and a body portion disposed between each of the plurality of inserts. The composition of the plurality of inserts is different than composition of the body portion. The material of the plurality of inserts has a greater abrasion resistance than the material of the body portion and the material of the body portion has a greater impact resistance than the material of the inserts. The hammers produced have improved wear resistance and longer useful life compared to conventional hammermill hammers.

摘要: A bushing and spacer system for use with hammer mills is configured to be mounted on a hammer mill rod to receive and support a plurality of hammers such that the surface of the rod is shielded from contact with the hammers, and such that the hammers are positioned in spaced relationship one with another. The bushing and spacer system includes at least a first bushing and a second bushing mounted on the hammer rod. The second bushing includes a spacer portion and a neck portion, the spacer portion presenting a larger cross section than the neck portion. The second bushing is mounted on the rod such that the neck portion of the second bushing is adjacent the first bushing. A hammer is rotatably mounted on the neck portion of the second bushing.

摘要: A scrap material recycling apparatus includes a feeder, a shredder and a separator, the feeder and the shredder mutually coupled, and the shredder and separator mutually coupled. The feeder includes a means for compressing a quantity of scrap material and means for advancing the scrap material to the shredder. The shredder includes a grate assembly and a rotor, the rotor having a plurality of cutting means, the rotor mechanically rotated to reduce the scrap material. The separator separates the reduced scrap material by fractional composition. The recycling apparatus may be configured so as to be a transportable system, thereby allowing such system to be relocated at or near scrap material stockpile locations.

摘要: The invention provides a crusher block assembly for a particulate size reduction system including a crusher block having an inboard face configured and adapted to cooperate with a swing hammer in a crusher chamber of a particulate size reduction system to crush particulate, and an outboard face for receiving an adjustment mechanism. The crusher block assembly also includes an adjustment mechanism joined to the outboard face on the crusher block. The adjustment mechanism is configured and adapted to adjust the position of the crusher block along a direction between an inboard location and an outboard location within the crusher chamber. The invention also provides a method of adjusting clearance between a swing hammer and a crusher block in a particulate size reduction system.
