Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, devices, systems, and storage mediums for live broadcast detection and data processing. In one exemplary embodiments, a user terminal device cooperates with a server and a camera device in a live broadcast system. The terminal device turns towards the camera device and outputs detection content within a detection time. It can be determined whether live broadcast content uploaded/captured by the camera device includes the detection content captured by the camera device within the detection time. If the detection content is found in the live broadcast content, it can be determined that unauthorized live broadcasting exists. Accordingly, corresponding measures can be taken to stop the unauthorized live broadcasting in a timely manner, which helps improve the security of user information.

Abstract: A unified system of programming communication. The system encompasses the prior art (television, radio, broadcast hardcopy, computer communications, etc.) and new user specific mass media. Within the unified system, parallel processing computer systems, each having an input (e.g., 77) controlling a plurality of computers (e.g., 205), generate and output user information at receiver stations. Under broadcast control, local computers (73, 205), combine user information selectively into prior art communications to exhibit personalized mass media programming at video monitors (202), speakers (263), printers (221), etc. At intermediate transmission stations (e.g., cable television stations), signals in network broadcasts and from local inputs (74, 77, 97, 98) cause control processors (71) and computers (73) to selectively automate connection and operation of receivers (53), recorder/players (76), computers (73), generators (82), strippers (81), etc. At receiver stations, signals in received transmissions and from local inputs (225, 218, 22) cause control processors (200) and computers (205) to automate connection and operation of converters (201), tuners (215), decryptors (224), recorder/players (217), computers (205), furnaces (206), etc. Processors (71, 200) meter and monitor availability and usage of programming. A method is described for controlling a receiver station using stored data specific to a user. By receiving a computer program transmitted from a transmitter station, the computer program is stored at the receiver station. Upon execution of the computer program, the data specific to a user is processed to generate information content at an output device.

Abstract: A content storage method and system for use in a content distribution network are provided. A personal file locker is established on the network for a user. A content-storage-request database is established. The database tracks requests by the user for placing video programs into the user's file locker for personal use by the user. Upon the broadcasting of a video program for which there exists a request by the user to place the video program into the user's file locker, the requested video program is stored in the user's file locker. The stored video program is then made available to the user for viewing. Alternative approaches to content storage methods and systems are also described, including the use of a buffer enhancement to enable the performance of operations on “live” television.

Abstract: A broadcast receiving system is disclosed that verifies a current digital certificate extracted from a digital broadcast signal using a previous digital certificate previously stored as trusted. The current and previous digital certificates are associated with digital signatures with which data received with the broadcast signal has been signed. Also disclosed is a system for signing application data to be broadcast together with a digital certificate in a digital broadcast signal. A current digital certificate attesting the validity of a digital signature attached to broadcast data is in turn signed with a digital signature using one or more previous private keys associated with respective previous certificates identifying the issuer of the current digital certificate. These disclosures are in particular applicable to HbbTV.
