This invention aims at providing a decorated-part of which a design of three-dimensional effect is drawn onto the decorative-surface of a part material, thus improving design-quality. A design (4), consisting of a plurality of the same fine regularly arranged basic-pattern (5), is drawn onto the decorative-surface (3a) of the automobile interior-part (1) of this invention. The fine basic-pattern (5) consists of the first-graphic (8) drawn including the first laser-processed groove (6a) and of the second-graphic (9) located in the region surrounded by the first laser-processed groove (6a) and drawn including the second laser-processed groove (6b). The inner-surface roughness (Ra1) of the first laser-processed groove (6a) is greater than the decorative-surface roughness (Ra3) where the fine basic-pattern (5) does not exist on said decorative-surface (3a) (Ra1>Ra3). The inner-surface roughness (Ra2) of the second laser-processed groove (6b) is greater than the inner-surface roughness (Ra1) of the first laser-processed groove (6a) (Ra2>Ra1).

The deposited friction-inducing material defines a higher friction area exhibiting a static coefficient of friction higher than that of the inorganic materials. A lower friction layer is disposed so as to cover at least a portion of the higher friction area and define an exposed surface area of the structure. The exposed surface area exhibits a lower static coefficient of friction than that of the higher friction area. The lower friction layer no longer covers a substantial portion of the higher friction area, after the pollution control device is assembled.

Gas is generated within the microfeatures when at least a portion of the microfeatures is in a wetted state to restore the microfeatures to a dewetted state. Gas generation is self-regulating in that gas generation automatically starts when a wetted condition exists and stops when sufficient gas has been generated to recover a dewetted state that restores superhydrophobicity.

A spray system for applying the coating includes a spray gun having first and second nozzles, a first pump fluidly connected between the first nozzle and a resin solution reservoir for delivering the resin solution to the first nozzle at a first fluid pressure, and a second pump fluidly connected between the second nozzle and an accelerator solution reservoir for delivering the accelerator solution to the second nozzle at a second fluid pressure different from the first pressure. The accelerator solution may be aerated by a source of compressed air prior to discharge from the second nozzle.

Further provided are a driver circuit provided with a protection circuit with low leakage current, and a method of manufacturing the driver circuit. By providing a protection circuit in a driver circuit to be electrically connected to a semiconductor element in the driver circuit, and by forming, at the same time, a transistor which serves as the semiconductor element in the driver circuit and a transistor included in the protection circuit in the driver circuit, damage of the semiconductor element due to ESD is suppressed in the process of manufacturing the driver circuit. Further, by using an oxide semiconductor film for the transistor included in the protection circuit in the driver circuit, leakage current in the protection circuit is reduced.

A process for the manufacture of a decorative surface element, which element comprises a base layer, a decor and a wear layer of a UV or electron beam curing lacquer. One or more structured surfaces, forming embossing surfaces of one or more rollers or moulds, are positioned on top of the decorative lacquered surface, possibly after having cured the lacquer to a desired viscosity, and are continuously or discontinuously pressed on to this. The lacquer will be provided with a surface structure which enhances the decorative effect of the decor. The wear layer is then completely cured.
