Abstract: A coating comprises a resin solution including a solution of neoprene latex and liquid asphalt emulsion and an accelerator solution including an aqueous solution of zinc sulfate powder and water. A spray system for applying the coating includes a spray gun having first and second nozzles, a first pump fluidly connected between the first nozzle and a resin solution reservoir for delivering the resin solution to the first nozzle at a first fluid pressure, and a second pump fluidly connected between the second nozzle and an accelerator solution reservoir for delivering the accelerator solution to the second nozzle at a second fluid pressure different from the first pressure. The accelerator solution may be aerated by a source of compressed air prior to discharge from the second nozzle.

Abstract: A pressure washer spray gun includes a spray gun body configured to be fluidly coupled to a source of pressurized water, a chemical container configured to contain liquid chemical, a chemical injection port fluidly coupled to the chemical container, an air inlet port configured to be fluidly coupled a source of air, and a nozzle configured for ejecting fluid through an orifice having an orifice diameter. In operation, with the orifice diameter being a first orifice diameter, a high pressure operating mode is implemented. In operation, with the orifice diameter being a second orifice diameter greater than the first orifice diameter, a chemical injection operating mode is implemented. In operation, with the orifice diameter being a third orifice diameter greater than the second orifice diameter, a foaming chemical injection mode is implemented.

Abstract: Systems and methods for two-component mixing in a jetting dispenser are provided herein. A jetting dispenser includes a fluid chamber having a first fluid inlet providing a first fluid and a second fluid inlet providing a second fluid, wherein the first fluid and the second fluid mix within the fluid chamber into a mixed fluid. A method for dispensing a mixed fluid from a dispenser having a fluid chamber in fluid communication with first and second fluid inlets is also provided. A first fluid is provided to the fluid chamber via the first fluid inlet and a second fluid is provided to the fluid chamber via the second fluid inlet. At least a portion of a valve element is moved relative to a valve seat to cause dynamic mixing of the first fluid and the second fluid within the fluid chamber to produce the mixed fluid that is dispensed.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a sprayer for a fluid delivery system. In one example, a sprayer for a fluid delivery system is provided. The sprayer includes a main body having a handle and a trigger. The sprayer also includes a spray head having a fluid input for receiving fluid material and a fluid output for spraying the fluid material. The spray head is removably couplable to the main body by rotating the spray head with respect to the main body to engage a connection component of the spray head to a corresponding connection component of the main body. The sprayer also includes a spray head locking mechanism on the main body that extends to engage a portion of the spray head.

Abstract: An irrigation sprinkler includes a main valve mounted in the lower end of an outer housing for controlling the flow of water through an inlet of the outer housing. A pilot valve is operatively coupled to the main valve for turning the main valve ON and OFF. A solenoid is operatively coupled to the pilot valve for opening and closing the pilot valve. A service valve is operatively coupled between the main valve and the pilot valve. The service valve is manually actuable from an AUTO state to allow normal operation of the sprinkler and to an OFF state to allow repair or replacement of the pilot valve or solenoid without having to manually shut OFF a supply valve that is coupled to the inlet of the outer housing through a supply pipe.
