摘要： A system and method for processing parts from a workpiece is provided. The method may include identifying characteristics of a workpiece to be processed, nesting, by a computer controller, a first nest pattern of a local first part to be cut out of the workpiece, identifying, by a computer controller, an unused portion of the workpiece not occupied by the first nest pattern, querying, by a computer controller, a remote database to identify a remote second part to be cut, wherein the second part comprises material characteristics corresponding to the characteristics of the workpiece and is nestable in the unused portion of the workpiece, and nesting the local first part and the remote second part on the workpiece.

摘要： Cleaning fixtures for a component(s) are disclosed. The cleaning fixtures may include a first and second component recess configured to receive a first and second component, respectively. Each component recess may be defined between a first and second member of the cleaning fixture. The cleaning fixture may also include a first solvent conduit in fluid communication with the first component recess, and a second solvent conduit in fluid communication with the second component recess. The first and second solvent conduit may include physical characteristic(s) configured to control delivery of solvent into the respective component recess at desired fluid parameter(s). The cleaning fixture may also include a first gas conduit in fluid communication with the first component recess, and a second gas conduit in fluid communication with the second component recess. Each of the first and second gas conduit may deliver a pressurized gas to the respective component recess.

摘要： A contact nozzle for coating an elastic strand with an adhesive. Air is discharged at the adhesive in contact with the strand, causing the adhesive to spread around the periphery of the strand. The air assists with release of the adhesive from the nozzle and also cleans the nozzle to discourage adhesive build-up on the nozzle.

The actuation mechanism includes an actuation lever oscillating with respect to a fixed support and a group of parallelogram levers commanded by the actuation lever and connected to the anti-drying member so as to keep an upper surface of the anti-drying member constantly parallel to the lower surface of the delivery head during the movement from the inactive position to the operating position.

摘要： A device comprises a cylinder and a tank. The cylinder includes a first disc and a second disc, multiple struts arranged orthogonally between the first disc and the second disc, and a plurality of walls, parallel to the first disc and the second disc. The struts generally form a circumference with spaces between each of the struts along the circumference; the walls extend through the space between the struts and beyond the circumference of the struts; and the walls form a plurality of tracks around the circumference of the struts. An axle extends orthogonally between the first disc and the second disc, and at least a portion of the cylinder rotates about the axle. The tank includes a basin to hold a liquid solution. When a catheter is wound around the cylinder, the rotation of the cylinder causes the catheter to be coated in the liquid solution from the basin.

Respective centrifugal weights are arranged on the cleaning arms on the lower regions facing away from the gas nozzle, so that the cleaning scissors are spread apart with a rotation of the of the cleaning head.
