Abstract:
A pellicle which has a mask adhesive layer that can be plastic-deformed readily particularly at a temperature at which exposure to light is carried out, rarely provides a residue of an adhesive agent upon the removal of the mask adhesive layer from a mask and has good handling properties, and which can prevent the position gap of a pattern. The pellicle comprises a pellicle frame, a pellicle membrane and a mask adhesive layer containing a mask adhesive agent. The mask adhesive agent comprises 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) having a tan δ peak temperature of −20 to 30 DEG C and 20 to 150 parts by mass of an adhesiveness-imparting resin (B).
Abstract:
Improved anionic sizes of alkali metal or ammonium salts of copolymers of 0.5- 50% by weight of an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic half ester of .alpha.,.beta.-monoolefinisch unsaturated dicarboxylic acids, 6-40% by weight of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid and 40-85% by weight of an aromatic monovinyl compound such as styrene.
Abstract:
A surface sizing composition for paper which comprises a copolymer of styrene and at least one unsaturated carboxylic compound selected from the group consisting of maleic acid, maleic anhydride and half-esters of maleic acid, wherein the copolymer has a carboxylate equivalent of 80 - 300 based on the free carboxylic acid form, and wherein the copolymer has 5 - 50% of its total carboxylic groups as alkali metal salts and 95 - 50% of its total carboxylic groups as at least one non-metal salt selected from the group consisting of ammonium salts and lower alkyl amine salts.
Abstract:
Provided is a solvent-free-adhesive polyisocyanate composition, containing, a polyisocyanate (A) and an aromatic vinyl-maleic anhydride copolymer (B), which is a copolymer of aromatic vinyl and maleic anhydride in which a molar ratio [aromatic vinyl/maleic anhydride] of the raw material monomers of the copolymer is 1.5/1 to 5/1. Further provided is a method for producing the polyisocyanate composition; a solvent-free adhesive containing, the solvent-free-adhesive polyisocyanate composition and a polyol (Y); and a multilayer film obtained by laminating a first base material film, a second base material film, and an adhesive layer between the base material films, in which the adhesive layer is formed of the solvent-free adhesive.
Abstract:
Described herein are adhesives that exhibit good cohesive and tack properties. In certain aspects, the adhesives can be applied to substrates using a low- or medium-pressure delivery system. The adhesives can be readily applied to any substrate such as, for example, a floor, wall, ceiling, countertop, and the like. The adhesives are particularly effective in adhering heavy materials such as, for example ceramic tiles and wall panels to walls.

A primer adhesive for a dry electrode includes following components in parts by mass: 30-70 parts of a modified polyolefin resin and 10-60 parts of a conductive material, where the modified polyolefin resin is a copolymer formed by polymerization of maleic anhydride, polyolefin, and a petroleum resin.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic block copolymer comprising at least one PA block and at least one PB block. The PA block represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer A, and the PB block represents a polymer block comprising one or more units of monomer B. Monomer A is a vinyl, acrylic, diolefin, nitrile, dinitrile, acrylonitrile monomer, a monomer with reactive functionality, or a crosslinking monomer. Monomer B is a radically polymerizable triglyceride or mixtures thereof, typically in the form of a plant or animal oil. The present invention also relates to a method of preparing a thermoplastic block copolymer or novel thermoplastic statistical copolymers by polymerizing a radically polymerizable monomer with a radically polymerizable triglyceride or mixtures thereof via reversible addition-fragmentation chain-transfer polymerization (RAFT), in the presence of an free radical initiator and a chain transfer agent.
