摘要： The invention relates to a thermally insulated conduit pipe, comprising at least one medium pipe, at least one thermal insulation arranged around the medium pipe, and at least one outer jacket arranged around the thermal insulation, wherein the outer jacket possibly comprises a barrier made of plastic, and wherein the thermal insulation comprises a foam, the cell gas of which contains at least 10 vol % HFOs. Such conduit pipe has good insulating behavior, good environmental balance, and is easily producible.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a tube assembly includes surrounding an outer surface of a cured rubber hose with a thermoplastic layer, the cured rubber hose extending along a length between a first end and a second end and having a first shape along its length, the thermoplastic layer surrounding the cured rubber hose along at least a portion of the length. The cured rubber hose surrounded with the thermoplastic layer is molded into a second shape different than the first shape. The cured rubber hose is retained in the second shape by the thermoplastic layer. A tube assembly includes a cured rubber hose and thermoplastic layer surrounding the rubber hose along at least a portion of the length of the cured rubber hose. The cured rubber hose has been cured in a first shape along its length and the thermoplastic layer retains the cured rubber hose in a second shape.

The thermoplastic resin composition can have a solvent resistance of 15 days or more.

In one embodiment, a pipe includes an axially extended bore defined by a corrugated outer wall having axially adjacent, outwardly-extending corrugation crests, separated by corrugation valleys. The pipe also includes an outer wrap applied to the outer wall. The outer wrap may include fibers and plastic. The outer wrap may span the corrugation crests producing a smooth outer surface.
