Abstract: A process for converting naphtha to light olefins comprises contacting a naphtha stream with a zeolitic catalyst to produce a light paraffin stream. The light paraffin may be separated into an ethane stream and a propane stream. The ethane in the ethane stream may be converted into ethylene, and the propane in the propane in the propane stream may be converted into propylene. The light paraffin stream may also be separated into a heavy stream which may be recycled back to the contacting step.

Abstract: Disclosed is a hydrocracking catalyst, a preparation method and an application thereof. The catalyst comprises a carrier, silicon dioxide and active ingredients loaded on the carrier, wherein the carrier comprises Y molecular sieves and SAPO-34 molecular sieves. The preparation method of the hydrocracking catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) mixing materials comprising Y molecular sieves and SAPO-34 molecular sieves, and then subjecting the mixture to molding, drying and calcinating to obtain a carrier; (2) introducing silane and the active ingredients into the carrier prepared in the step (1), subsequently performing the drying and calcinating to prepare the hydrocracking catalyst. The catalyst prepared with the method can be used for hydrocracking reaction, thereby significantly increase yield of jet fuel.

Abstract: A new family of crystalline microporous metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates designated MeAPSO-83 has been synthesized. These metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicates are represented by the empirical formula of: Rp+rA+mM2+wExPSiyOz where A is an alkali metal such as potassium, R is an quaternary ammonium cation such as ethyltrimethylammonium, M is a divalent metal such as Zn and E is a trivalent framework element such as aluminum or gallium. This family of metalloalumino(gallo)phosphosilicate materials are stabilized by combinations of alkali and quaternary ammonium cations, enabling unique, high charge density compositions. The MeAPSO-83 family of materials have the BPH topology and have catalytic properties for carrying out various hydrocarbon conversion processes and separation properties for separating at least one component.

Abstract: A catalytic system characterized in that it comprises: a first catalyst, having a hydrogenating function, consisting of solid particles of which at least 95% by volume having an equivalent diameter smaller than 20 μm, containing one or more sulfides of metals of group VI and/or VIII B, possibly prepared starting from an oil-soluble precursor of the same; and a second catalyst, having a cracking function, consisting of solid particles of which at least 90% by volume having an equivalent diameter larger than 5 μm and smaller than 5 mm, containing an amorphous silico-aluminate and/or a crystalline silico-aluminate and/or an alumina, the equivalent average diameter of the solid particles of the second catalyst being greater than the equivalent average diameter of the solid particles of the first catalyst. Said catalytic system can be used in a process for the hydroconversion of heavy oils which comprises sending the heavy oil to a hydroprocessing step carried out in one or more slurry reactors, in the presence of hydrogen or a mixture of hydrogen and H2S, obtaining a stream of products in vapor or liquid-vapor phase, and extracting at the bottom, in continuous or discontinuous, a liquid stream containing non-converted products together with the two catalysts of said catalytic system, said liquid stream extracted then being separated into a clarified primary stream containing the first catalyst, which is at least partially recycled to the hydroprocessing step, and a stream rich in the second catalyst, which is regenerated in a regeneration step and at least partially recycled to the hydroprocessing step.

The method includes a first phosphorus treatment step of treating a crystalline aluminosilicate with a first phosphorus compound, a mixing and firing step of mixing the phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate obtained in the first phosphorus treatment step with a binder and then performing firing to form an aluminosilicate mixture, and a second phosphorus treatment step of treating the aluminosilicate mixture with a second phosphorus compound.

Abstract: A new crystalline molecular sieve designated SSZ-95 is disclosed. In general, SSZ-95 is synthesized from a reaction mixture suitable for synthesizing MTT-type molecular sieves and maintaining the mixture under crystallization conditions sufficient to form product. The product molecular sieve is subjected to a pre-calcination step, and ion-exchange to remove extra-framework cations, and a post-calcination step. The molecular sieve has a MTT-type framework and a H-D exchangeable acid site density of 0 to 50% relative to molecular sieve SSZ-32.
