摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastic pyrolysis oil. The method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastic pyrolysis oil according to the present disclosure may minimize formation of an ammonium salt (NH4Cl) and may prevent an adhesion phenomenon of impurity particles in a reactor in a refining process of waste plastic pyrolysis oil containing impurities including chlorine and nitrogen. In addition, the method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons according to the present disclosure may have excellent refining efficiency and may implement a long-term operation of a process because deactivation of a catalyst used in the process is reduced or prevented, and may produce refined hydrocarbons having a low content of impurities and a low content of olefins from waste plastic pyrolysis oil.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method of preparing a lube base oil. The method comprises (a) providing a feed stream, (b) separating the feed stream into at least two fraction streams comprising a first fraction stream and a second fraction stream, and (c) before or after the separating of the feed stream, introducing the feed stream or at least two fraction streams into a first and second hydro-processing treatments to produce at least two product streams, and the first product stream has a higher viscosity index (VI) than the second product stream. The present disclosure also provides a lube base oil and a lubricant composition comprising the lube base oil.

摘要: Processes herein may be used to thermally crack various hydrocarbon feeds, and may eliminate the refinery altogether while making the crude to chemicals process very flexible in terms of crude. In embodiments herein, crude is progressively separated into at least light and heavy fractions. Depending on the quality of the light and heavy fractions, these are routed to one of three upgrading operations, including a fixed bed hydroconversion unit, a fluidized catalytic conversion unit, or a residue hydrocracking unit that may utilize an ebullated bed reactor. Products from the upgrading operations may be used as feed to a steam cracker.

摘要: A process isolates a liquid hydrocracked stream from a liquid hydroisomerized stream, so heat in the hydrocracked stream can be preserved. Preserving heat in the hydrocracked stream avoids having to reheat the hydrocracked stream before product fractionation. Particularly, kerosene in the hydrocracked stream is not cooled with the hydroisomerized stream and then reheated in fractionation to distill the kerosene range hydrocarbons from the diesel range hydrocarbons.

The hydrogen and carbon dioxide are reacted to product a stream comprising carbon monoxide. Hydrogen and carbon monoxide are reacted to produce n-alkanes. Alkanes are hydroisomerized to produce sustainable aviation fuel with low carbon intensity.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for processing liquefied waste polymers containing diolefins and naphtha. Hydrotreatment A of the diolefins produces a diolefin depleted LWP feed which is separated by distillation B to give rise to one or more distillates containing at least a naphtha fraction, an optional middle fraction and a distillation bottom. Hydroprocessing C of the naphtha fraction gives rise to hydrogenated naphtha fraction which is suitable as a feed for a steam cracker D. The distillation bottom and the middle fraction can mixed with crude oil and used in oil refinerery since they are predominantly free from diolefins.

摘要: Processes for producing olefins include integration of steam cracking with a dual catalyst metathesis process. The processes include steam cracking a hydrocarbon feed to form a cracking reaction effluent containing butenes, separating the cracking reaction effluent to produce a cracking C4 effluent including normal butenes, isobutene, and 1,3-butadiene, subjecting the cracking C4 effluent to selective hydrogenation to convert 1,3-butadiene in the cracking C4 effluent to normal butenes, removing isobutene from a hydrogenation effluent to produce a metathesis feed containing normal butenes, and contacting the metathesis feed with a metathesis catalyst and a cracking catalyst directly downstream of the metathesis catalyst to produce a metathesis reaction effluent. Contacting with the metathesis catalyst causes metathesis of normal butenes to produce ethylene, propene, and C5+ olefins, and contacting with the cracking catalyst causes C5+ olefins produced through metathesis to undergo cracking reactions to produce additional propene, ethylene, or both.

摘要: According to the present invention, organic material is converted to biogas through anaerobic digestion and the biogas is purified to yield a combustible fluid feedstock comprising methane. A fuel production facility utilizes or arranges to utilize combustible fluid feedstock to generate renewable hydrogen that is used to hydrogenate crude oil derived hydrocarbons in a process to make transportation or heating fuel. The renewable hydrogen is combined with crude oil derived hydrocarbons that have been desulfurized under conditions to hydrogenate the liquid hydrocarbon with the renewable hydrogen or alternatively, the renewable hydrogen can be added to a reactor operated so as to simultaneously desulfurize and hydrogenate the hydrocarbons. The present invention enables a party to receive a renewable fuel credit for the transportation or heating fuel.

Furthermore, the hydrogenation step and the second hydrocracking step are performed under specific operating conditions and in particular under quite specific temperature conditions.
