摘要: Proposed is a process of producing a high-quality lube base oil using a refined oil fraction obtained from waste lubricant as a feedstock. The process includes purifying waste lubricant to obtain a refined oil fraction, pretreating the refined oil fraction, and blending the pretreated refined oil fraction with unconverted oil (UCO), before or after vacuum distillation and catalytic dewaxing of the unconverted oil, or between the vacuum distillation and the catalytic dewaxing of the unconverted oil.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method of preparing a lube base oil. The method comprises (a) providing a feed stream, (b) separating the feed stream into at least two fraction streams comprising a first fraction stream and a second fraction stream, and (c) before or after the separating of the feed stream, introducing the feed stream or at least two fraction streams into a first and second hydro-processing treatments to produce at least two product streams, and the first product stream has a higher viscosity index (VI) than the second product stream. The present disclosure also provides a lube base oil and a lubricant composition comprising the lube base oil.

摘要: According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a zeolite catalyst having an MRE structure for hydro-isomerization. The zeolite catalyst has an adsorption volume ratio of lutidine to collidine measured by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) using lutidine and collidine as adsorbents of greater than 3 and less than or equal to 10. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a method of hydro-isomerization for a hydrocarbon feedstock, including subjecting the hydrocarbon feedstock to a hydro-isomerization reaction under conditions of a temperature of 200° C. to 500° C., a hydrogen pressure of 1 to 200 atmospheres, a liquid space velocity (LHSV) of 1.0 to 10.0 hr−1, and the hydrogen/feedstock ratio of 45 to 1780 Nm3/m3 in the presence of the zeolite catalyst.
