摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics. The method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may minimize formation of an ammonium chloride salt (NH4Cl) and may prevent an adhesion phenomenon of impurity particles in a reactor in a refining process of waste plastic pyrolysis oil containing impurities including chlorine and nitrogen. In addition, the method and system for producing refined hydrocarbons according to the present disclosure may have excellent refining efficiency and may implement a long-term operation of a process because deactivation of a catalyst used in the process is prevented, and may produce, from waste plastics, refined hydrocarbons including aromatic hydrocarbons that have a low content of impurities and a low content of olefins and may implement high-value-addition.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for processing liquefied waste polymers (LWP) containing diolefins. The LWP feed is supplied to steam stripper A to provide a distillate containing diolefins and naphtha, and a distillate bottom. The distillate is subjected to hydrotreatment B to produce a diolefin depleted distillate which is separated by distillation C to give rise to one or more fractions comprising at least a naphtha fraction, an optional middle fraction and a bottom fraction. Hydroprocessing D of the naphtha fraction gives rise to hydrogenated naphtha which is suitable as a feed for a steam cracker E. Since the distillation bottom, bottom fraction and the middle distillate are predominantly free from diolefins, they can be mixed with crude oil and processed further in oil refinery.

摘要: The present disclosure refers in one embodiment to processes for making and transporting clean hydrogen fuel. The processes may involve hydrotreating, hydrocracking, or both hydrotreating and hydrocracking an aromatic feedstock under conditions to obtain a liquid hydrocarbon fuel. The liquid hydrocarbon fuel is hydrogenated to obtain a hydrogen-rich fuel that is transported to a dehydrogenation facility that may also be at or near a hydrogen station. The hydrogen-rich fuel is used to obtain hydrogen and a second liquid hydrocarbon fuel.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for preparing aviation fuel component from a feedstock containing fossil hydrotreating feed and a second feed containing esters of fatty acids and rosins, free fatty acids and resin acids. The method includes subjecting the feedstock to hydrotreatment reaction conditions to produce a hydrotreated stream, separating the hydrotreated stream to three fractions from which at least part the highest boiling fraction is subjected to hydrocracking reaction to produce a hydrocracked stream. At least part of the hydrocracked stream is admixed with at least part of the hydrotreated stream, and their admixture is processed further until desired conversion of the feedstock to the aviation fuel component is obtained.

摘要: A multi-stage process for reducing the environmental contaminants in an ISO8217 compliant Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil involving a core desulfurizing process and a Detrimental Solids removal unit as either a pre-treating step or post-treating step to the core process. The Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil complies with ISO 8217 for residual marine fuel oils and has a sulfur level has a maximum sulfur content (ISO 14596 or ISO 8754) between the range of 0.05 mass % to 1.0 mass and a Detrimental Solids content less than 60 mg/kg. A process plant for conducting the process is also disclosed.

摘要: A multi-stage process for transforming a high sulfur ISO 8217 compliant Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil involving a core desulfurizing process that produces a Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil that can be used as a feedstock for subsequent refinery process such as anode grade coking, needle coking and fluid catalytic cracking. The Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil exhibits multiple properties desirable as a feedstock for those processes including a sulfur level has a maximum sulfur content (ISO 14596 or ISO 8754) between the range of 0.05 mass % to 1.0 mass. A process plant for conducting the process is also disclosed.

摘要: A non-petroleum or renewable feedstock containing oxygen and contaminants of metals, gums, and resins is treated by introducing the feedstock into a reactor at a flow velocity of at least 20 ft/sec. The feedstock is heated within the reactor and cooled to form a reduced-temperature reactor product. At least a portion of the reduced-temperature reactor product is feed into a hydroprocessing reactor containing a hydroprocessing catalyst to form a hydroprocessed product. The hydroprocessed product is cooled and non-condensable gases, metals and water are separated and removed to form a final product. The final product has an oxygen content that is 60% or less of that of the feedstock, and wherein the final product comprises 25 wt % or less any triglycerides, monoglycerides, diglycerides, free fatty acids, phosphatides, sterols, tocopherols, tocotrienols, or fatty alcohols, from 5 wt % to 30 wt % naphtha, and 50 wt % or more diesel.

摘要: A multi-stage process for the production of a Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil compliant with ISO 8217: 2017 as a Table 2 residual marine fuel from a high sulfur Feedstock Heavy Marine Fuel Oil compliant with ISO 8217: 2017 as a Table 2 residual marine fuel except for the sulfur level, involving hydrotreating under reactive distillation conditions in a Reaction System composed of one or more reaction vessels. The reactive distillation conditions allow more than 75% by mass of the Process Mixture to exit the bottom of the reaction vessel as Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil. The Product Heavy Marine Fuel Oil has a maximum sulfur content (ISO 14596 or ISO 8754) less than 0.5 mass %. A process plant for conducting the process for conducting the process is disclosed.
