The main body includes a bore formed longitudinally therein about a centerline of the aperture. The mechanical interlock joins the primary substrate and secondary substrate mechanically.

摘要： A method for producing a body structural element, which can be a roof bow for a motor vehicle, consists of a main body made of fibre-reinforced plastic and a metal connection part. In one or more embodiments, the method includes preparing the metal connection part, preparing a fiber-plastic matrix semifinished product from a duromer resin system and carbon fibers, and overlapping the metal connection part and the fiber-plastic matrix semifinished product in a compression mold. In certain embodiments, the method further includes compressing the metal connection part with the fiber-plastic matrix semifinished product until a fiber-plastic matrix molding material penetrates into undercuts of the metal connection part, and then curing the fiber-plastic matrix semifinished product to form the main body made of fiber-reinforced plastic, wherein the main body is connected in a form-fitting manner to the metal connection part.

摘要： A metal-and-resin composite includes an aluminum or aluminum alloy substrate, an aluminum oxide film on the aluminum or aluminum alloy substrate, and at least one resin article coupled to the aluminum oxide film. The aluminum or aluminum alloy substrate defines a plurality of corrosion pores, and the aluminum oxide film defines a plurality of nano-pores. Some of the nano-pores extend through the aluminum oxide film and couple to the corrosion pores. Some parts of the resin article fill in the nano-pores and the corrosion pores, thus greatly improving bond between the resin article and the aluminum or aluminum alloy substrate.

摘要： A fastening strip for touch fasteners is provided which includes a corrugated portion as well as fastening elements. The corrugated portion allows the strip to be bent in a plane perpendicular as well as parallel with the longitudinal axis of the strip such that it may be applied to curved surfaces and remain substantially flat. Fastening elements such as hooks, loops, mushroom-shaped, bulbous and double hooks may be included on both sides of the strip and on the walls of the channels that form the corrugations as well as between the corrugations. The corrugated fastening strips may be useful for automotive seating and diaper applications. Processes for forming the corrugated fastening strip area also disclosed.

摘要： A connecting rod is composed of two or more assembled shells made of a composite, open over the entire length of the connecting rod. The shells incorporate clevis joints for introducing stress at each of their ends. The shells are produced separately then assembled together to form a sealed section. Each shell is made from a material preimpregnated with long fibres. The production of each shell is simplified due to the overall shape of the shell as a simple curve, thus a shell may be produced industrially, for example, by thermoforming a flat composite preform. The two shells are assembled by simultaneous polymerization of the shells, by bonding, by welding, by riveting or any other assembly process or combination of assembly processes that are compatible with one another. The structural composite connecting rod obtained has very good mechanical properties, especially in compression, with a simple and economic production process.
