摘要: A high-moisture-permeability, microporous plastic film randomly having a lot of recesses having different opening diameters and depths, with clefts formed in the recesses, is produced by pressing a first pattern roll randomly having a lot of high-hardness, fine particles having sharp edges on a roll body surface to a flat-surface metal roll, to produce an anvil roll randomly having a lot of recesses on a metal roll surface; arranging a second pattern roll randomly having a lot of high-hardness, fine particles having sharp edges on a roll body surface oppositely to the anvil roll; and passing a plastic film through a gap between the second pattern roll and the anvil roll.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a bag of polymeric film and a method to make the bag. The bag can be comprised of a front panel and a rear panel. The front and rear panels can each be comprised of multiple layers of film. The bag can be formed from a collapsed bubble of polymeric film that has been folded in half so that opposing edges of the collapsed bubble form an opening of the bag. One of the layers of the folded bubble can be split adjacent to an edge of the collapsed bubble and a draw tape film can be inserted between the layers of the folded and collapsed bubble. The collapsed bubble can further be embossed by a pattern that can provide enhanced properties to bags formed from the folded bubble.

摘要: An extruding unit, a forming roll unit and a thick portion forming mechanism are provided. The extruding unit has an ejecting slit which ejects sheet-shaped molten resin. The ejecting slit includes a standard gap portion and an enlarged gap portion. The standard gap portion is formed as a gap having a constant size. The enlarged gap portion is formed as a gap larger than the standard gap portion in a position corresponding to a thick portion. The thick portion forming mechanism forms one or several thick portions which are thicker than other portion, in the sheet-shaped molten resin continuously in the extrusion direction.

摘要: The present invention relates to a roll stamp and a method of manufacturing the same, the roll stamp including a cylindrical metal mold including a debossed pattern formed on an outer side and a hollow portion formed on an inner side, and a dummy roller inserted into the hollow portion. Because a joining portion is not formed on the entire area of the cylindrical metal mold, a problem in which edge regions are separated does not occur. Also, due to the absence of the joining portion, it is possible to perform a patterning process continuously.
