摘要: A method for manufacturing of a wind turbine blade component is provided, including the steps: providing a fabric material and at least one binding agent, cutting the fabric material into a plurality of fabric sheets using a fabric cutting tool and arranging at least one stack of the cut fabric sheets on at least one preform mold tool, wherein the binding agent is arranged in and/or in between the stacked fabric sheets, consolidating the stack of fabric sheets, wherein the stack of consolidated fabric sheets forms a preform part, arranging at least one preform part inside a resin injection mold tool, injecting resin into the preform part, curing the resin, arranging the cured part on a holding means, and treating the cured part using at least one treatment tool for forming the wind turbine blade component.

摘要: A method for producing a sheet molding compound including impregnating a resin composition into carbon fibers. The method is characterized in that the bulkiness Ho of the carbon fibers before an impregnation step is 3 mm or more, the compression ratio Rc(Hc/Ho) of the carbon fibers in the impregnation step is less than 1, the thickness of the sheet molding compound is 10 mm or less, and the content Wc of the carbon fibers is 40% by mass or more. The method for producing a sheet molding compound can produce a sheet molding compound having the excellent impregnation property into carbon fibers and thus can be preferably used for exteriors, structures, and the like of an automotive member, a railroad vehicle member, an aerospace vehicle member, a ship member, a housing equipment member, a sport member, a light vehicle member, a civil engineering and construction member, an OA equipment.

摘要: The present invention provides a beneficial improvement relating to a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin article at least partially having a hollow structure part. A method for a producing fiber-reinforced resin article according to the present invention includes a molding step of disposing, in a press mold, a prepreg preform including a core-containing part in which a fusible core comprising a wax material is disposed in an inner side, and heating the disposed prepreg preform to obtain a cured product having a hollow structure part and a core removal step of removing the fusible core from the cured product. In the prepreg preform, a through hole is formed in the core-containing part, and an elastomer stopper is inserted into the through hole.

摘要: A textile fiber-composite material precursor and method for producing a component from fiber-composite material. Aircraft components can be produced from polymer fiber-composite materials, a matrix of which can be a high-performance plastics material such as polyether ketone ketone wherein a reinforcement of a non-crimp fabric of carbon fibers is embedded. Large-area non-crimp fabrics and large-area polymer films can be consolidated while being heated and pressed forming simple components. The flexible textile fiber-composite material precursor includes a stack of woven-fabric tiers from a polymer and of non-crimp fabric tiers from carbon fibers. Since both components are capable of draping, the fiber-composite material precursor can be deposited over a large area on curved shape-imparting surfaces and subsequently be consolidated under pressure and heated to form the fiber-composite material.

The pre-impregnated part has a flattened shape of at least a portion of a finished part to be manufactured from said pre-impregnated part, and a surface of the main layer is smaller than a developed surface of the finished part to be manufactured.

The substrate has a first face surface, a second face surface, and a plurality of edges, and includes a thermoplastic material. The matrix is attached to the substrate. The matrix includes a support component having a first melting point, and a thermoplastic component having a second melting point. The second melting point is less than the first melting point. The cover sheet imparts one or more surface characteristics to the composite sheet material during thermo-pressure formation of the composite sheet material.
