摘要: Disclosed are to a supported catalyst used for synthesizing polyether amine, and a preparation method and use thereof. The supported catalyst introduces Mo and CeO2 into Ni and Cu active components. By means of the cooperation of Ni, Cu and Mo, CeO2 and Ni form more active sites, such that the supported catalyst can have high reaction activity and selectivity. By using the supported catalyst to synthesize polyether amine, the amination efficiency and selectivity of polyether polyol can be greatly enhanced, thereby preparing the polyether amine with light color and narrow molecular weight distribution. In addition, the cost of the catalyst can be reduced, a process condition is relatively mild, and the disadvantage of low reaction activity of a nickel-based catalyst in synthesizing small molecule polyether amine can be overcome, such that the supported catalyst has a desirable industrial application prospect.

摘要: Provided are a preparation method for a propylene epoxidation catalyst, and a use thereof. During the preparation, an alkoxide solution of a prepared active component and a silica gel support are mixed, then a rotary evaporation treatment is performed on the mixture to remove a low-carbon alcohol to obtain a catalyst precursor, and then the obtained catalyst precursor is subjected to calcination and silylation treatments to obtain the propylene epoxidation catalyst. The catalyst is prepared in a simple process, can be applied to the chemical process of preparing propylene oxide by propylene epoxidation, has high average selectivity to propylene oxide, and has industrial application prospect.

A method comprising calcining a catalyst precursor comprising chromium and silica at a temperature in the range of from about 95° C. to about 400° C. with a gas flowing through the bed at a gas hourly space velocity of from about 15 to about 200 per hour. A method comprising calcining a catalyst precursor comprising chromium and silica at a temperature in the range of from about 95° C. to about 400° C. with a gas flowing through the bed at a weight hourly space velocity of from about 1.9 to about 240 per hour.

摘要: Zn-promoted and/or Ga-promoted cracking catalysts, such as cracking catalysts comprising an MSE framework zeolite or an MFI framework zeolite can provide unexpectedly superior conversion of branched paraffins when used as part of a catalyst during reforming of a hydrocarbon fuel stream. The conversion and reforming of the hydrocarbon fuel stream can occur, for example, in an internal combustion engine. The conversion and reforming can allow for formation of higher octane compounds from the branched paraffins.

摘要: New sulfided metal catalysts are described, containing a metal X selected from Ni, Co and mixtures thereof, a metal Y selected from Mo, W and mixtures thereof, an element Z selected from Si, Al and mixtures thereof, and possibly an organic residue, obtained by the sulfidation of mixed oxide precursors, also new, having general formula (A) XaYbZcOd.pC (A) possibly shaped without a binder, or by sulfidation of mixed oxides having formula (A), in shaped form with a binder, wherein X is selected from Ni, Co and mixtures thereof, Y is selected from Mo, W and mixtures thereof, Z is selected from Si, Al and mixtures thereof, O is oxygen, C is selected from: a nitrogenated compound N, an organic residue deriving from the partial calcination of the nitrogenated compound N, said nitrogenated compound N, when present, being selected from: a) an alkyl ammonium hydroxide having formula (I) RIRIIRIIIRIVNOH (I) wherein the groups RIRIV, the same or different, are aliphatic groups containing from 1 to 7 carbon atoms, b) an amine having formula (II) R1R2R3N (II) wherein R1 is a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl, containing from 4 to 12 carbon atoms, and R2 and R3, the same or different, are selected from H and a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl, containing from 4 to 12 carbon atoms, said alkyl being equal to or different from R1, a, b, c, d are the number of moles of the elements X, Y, Z, O, respectively, p is the weight percentage of C with respect to the total weight of the precursor having formula (A), a, b, c, d are higher than 0 a/b is higher than or equal to 0.3 and lower than or equal to 2, (a+b)/c is higher than or equal to 0.3 and lower than or equal to 10, preferably varying from 0.8 to 10 d=(2a+6b+Hc)/2 wherein H=4 when Z=Si H=3 when Z=Al and p is higher than or equal to 0 and lower than or equal to 40%. 摘要: A process for vapor-phase carbonylation of methanol to methyl formate, whereby a feed gas containing methanol, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and oxygen is passed through a reactor loaded with a supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalyst to produce methyl formate by a vapor-phase carbonylation reaction, under reaction conditions with a space velocity of 500-5000 h−1, a temperature of 50-150° C. and a pressure of 0.01-2 MPa. Supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalysts are prepared via ultrasonic dispersion and calcination. Methyl formate is produced and isolated under relatively mild conditions.

摘要: The present invention relates to a catalyst for synthesizing ethylenimine as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The related catalyst comprises a carrier and metal ions loaded on the carrier; the carrier is a composite oxide comprising titanium, silicon and phosphorus elements; the metal ions are magnesium ions, iron ions and cesium ions; the molar ratio of the magnesium ions to the iron ions to the cesium ions is (1-10):1:0.1; the mass of all metal ions is 0.5-10 percent of that of the carrier. In the related preparation method, a catalyst precursor is roasted at the temperature of 350-650° C., so that the catalyst is obtained; the catalyst precursor is the mixture of the carrier, soluble salt of magnesium, soluble salt of iron and soluble salt of cesium. The present invention also provides the application of the catalyst to synthesis of the ethylenimine by using amino alcohol as the raw material. Compared with a common catalyst which has the requirement on the temperature of over 400° C., the catalyst of the present invention obviously reduces the reaction temperature. The prepared catalyst can catalyze the intramolecular dehydration reaction of the amino alcohol and has relatively excellent selectivity.
