摘要： An electromechanical scale wherein the platform transmits a load to lateral surfaces at one end of the carrier of a strain gauge and the other end of the carrier is affixed to the base of the scale. This contributes to a reduction of overall height of the scale. The carrier has a median portion with a web in the central symmetry plane of the carrier, and such web supports one or more strip-shaped resistors or semiconductors of the strain gauge. The ends of the carrier can be permanently or separably connected to the platform and/or to the base.

摘要： A blood-culture flask with an integrated subculture. It comprises a flask proper that can be filled with a liquid nutrient solution and has a neck with an outside thread, a support that can be coated with a solid culture medium, a resilient stopper with an edge that projects at one end, and a screw cap. The screw cap consists of a bottom that is open above and below and has an inside thread and of a top that is open below. The inside thread is dimensioned so that it can be screwed down over the outside thread on the neck of the flask so that the upper edge of the thread is below the upper edge of the neck when screwed on. The resilient stopper is positioned inside the bottom of the screw cap so that the bottom surface of its resilient projecting edge comes to rest against the offset above the thread when not screwed on and its lower section is dimensioned so that it can be introduced tight into the neck of the flask. The support has two surface that can be coated with a solid culture medium on opposite sides, is fastened to the bottom of the resilient stopper, and extends in use only over part of the height of the flask, and the top of the screw cap is designed so that in assembled state it forces the resilient projecting edge of the stopper tightly against the upper edge of the neck of the flask.

A device for obstructing a rotational motion of the door (3) about the second axis of rotation (A2) can be provided, which device can be active in the pivoting range between the closed position and an open position that is approximately at right angles.

摘要： Biologically active protein compositions comprising protein or a protein substrate bound onto a polyamide of the general formula: ##STR1## in which R and R.sub.1, which may be the same or different, are polyamide residues bound onto the amido group,R.sub.2 is the residue of a compound which can be condensed with formaldehyde and which contains at least one further reactive group,R.sub.3 is the residue of a bi- or poly-functional protein reagent,n is 0 or 1, andP is a biologically active protein;these compositions are obtainable by the reaction of a polyamides with amounts, equimolar to one another, of formaldehyde and of a compound condensable with formaldehyde, in a solvent for polyamides, reacting the product thereby obtained with a bi- or poly-functional protein reagent and coupling the resulting reaction product with the biologically active protein or protein substrate.

摘要： Biologically active proteins are immobilized onto a carrier by reacting a compound containing at least two secondary amino groups at a temperature of from -80.degree. to +50.degree. C with a chlorination agent with the conversion of the secondary amino groups into iminochloride groups of the formula ##STR1## in which R and R.sub.1, which can be the same or different, are aliphatic, aromatic or aliphatic-aromatic radicals, and reacting the carrier material product thus obtained(a) directly with a biologically-active protein, in an aqueous solvent, or(b) with a bifunctional compound containing at least one primary amino group, optionally in an aqueous or organic solvent, and reacting the product thereby obtained containing groups of the formula ##STR2## in which R.sub.2 is an alkylene radical, an .alpha.,.omega.-dioxyalkylene radical or a dicarboxylic acid amide group containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms and X is a primary amino group or a function capable of protein binding either(i) directly with a protein or(ii) first with at least one bifunctional or polyfunctional protein reagent and thereafter with a protein or with a reaction product of a protein with the protein reagent.
